Washing Machine Repair
We have an 18 year old washing machine - a quality built unit (made in the USA) - that we would like to keep around for a few more years yet. Recently it wasn't draining the water out anymore so we suspected a faulty water pump. We called Sam Alexander from JSN Appliances Repair. We found him to be courteous and punctual. He quickly identified that the water pump was indeed the problem. It's not easy finding genuine new replacement parts of older machines but Sam came through for us. He is a very good communicator - always returns calls and let's you know where you are at - at each stage of the repair. He even calls to let you know when he is on the road and that you can expect him in 15-20 minutues. He came back a few days later with a brand new pump (made in Germany!) and installed it in under 20 minutes. He is meticulous and careful and leaves the worksite clean and tidy. He even wears cloth covers over his shoes when he comes into the house. My wife and I highly recommend Sam for your appliance repair needs.

Dacor oven repair
Our Dacor oven stopped working during a self clean cycle. I called JSN appliances based on the current homestars ratings. I can confirm that the ratings are very well deserved. Sam is technically solid, his diagnosis was spot on. He needed to order in the parts. He handled this very efficiently and made sure to keep me updated on progress. Sam was very committed to getting the issue resolved and even made a special trip out on a Sunday, which also happened to be his birthday, to install the parts. Sam showed tremendous care in leaving everything clean. I highly recommend JSN.

Clothes Dryer Repair
I am very happy to write this review pointing out the fantastic service of JSN Appliance Repairs, specifically Sam. We had a problem with our clothes dryer and typically what we do is search Homestars for their top rated companies. JSN came out at the top, so after reading a few reviews I contacted them. Sam responded in the evening and told me when he would be at my home. Sam called before he arrived, evaluated what was wrong, and without hesitation gave me a fair estimate of the cost. He took the dryer apart to replace a broken pulley, cleaned all the nasty lint inside the machine, and placed everything back like new. He even called the next day to make sure we were satisfied. I am totally satisfied with the work and professionalism of Sam and JSN Repairs , and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Washing Machine Repair
Sam did a wonderful job! He was very professional and punctual. When a part had to be ordered, he kept me updated as to the status of the order and installed it as promptly as he could once it arrive. I would definitely recommend Sam and his company.

Stove repair (oven)
Sam was efficient and even called whirlpool because the part was so expensive, checking for an alternative. He was very nice and fixed my broken electronics that stopped my oven from working. He wore over the shoes booties so as not to scratch hardwood floors. Very professional and personable

Appliance maintenance
Dishwasher was overflowing. Sam was very prompt and professional in his visit, as well as extremely thorough. The issue was simple and even then, he went the extra mile to check everything he could think of.

Replacing the heating element for our front load dryer.
They were very professional, showed up on time and cleaned up after the repair was complete. I received a phone call 2 days after the repair as a follow up to the repair. Excellent customer service.
