Dishwasher repair
Dishwasher was not draining properly. Left a message which was promptly returned. Sam had me text him the model number of the dishwasher so he had it beforehand, which I haven't seen before. Seems like a good idea. Sam wore booties over his shoes when he came. He took lots of pictures and was able to show me the blockage in the pipe (as well as showing me the offending seed after he got it out). Everything was left very clean. Price was as quoted before he started. Overall was very pleased with the service.

Big burner falling apart, and egniter not working.
Sam did amazing job ver honest with reasonable price.He took the whole stove apart and found what's wrong.

Oven Repair
I called JSN to fix an oven problem regarding ignition. The technician took my call and i explained the problem as when we turn oven on we smell the gas but there is no ignition until later causing a loud fire bang, after listening to me the technician told me that it is highly likely that the ignitor is the problem in this case. He showed up the following day, examined the oven properly and replaced the ignitor and made the oven resume operations safely. I recommend JSN for its cost, honesty, professional and technical experience on hand.

Washing machine repair
Washing machine stopped working - would not drain or spin! Sam came in and discovered the motor was burned out. He ordered a new one and installed it, and now the machine runs like new! Sam was great, would happily call him again for appliance repair.

Dishwasher repair.
I had a dishwasher that would not run its cycle. They were quick to return my call, come see us the same day to fix the dishwasher and got the job done. Highly recommended.

Washing machine repair
My clothes were held hostage in my washing machine, the door would not unlock. Sam assessed the problem , gave me a quote and then proceeded to unlock the door and drain out the water. He explained that usually with front loaders small items tend to get sucked in behind the rubber gasket and compromise the pump. Sam removed bobby pins and a small piece of cloth and advised me to use a laundry wash bag for small items. Thank you Sam for the speedy service and job well done.

Dishwasher leak
Sam was able to fix the leaking float assembly without needing to buy parts. He cleaned and tightened things and the leak is gone! Thanks

Dishwasher repair
Sam was fantastic. Very courteous and knew what the problem was right away. There was no waiting for parts to be ordered. Tidy and very professional. Will use them again.
