Dryer repair
Very happy with work , quote given before work done, arrived during specified time. Called just before he arrived. Very professional. Would call again for another appliance repair.

Dryer Repair
I requested a quote from JSN after our dryer stopped heating the air. Sam called me back, got the details for the dryer, and worked around my schedule, to give me an appointed time. He was on time, and had the parts ready, so there was no delay after diagnosing the issue. It turned out to be the heating element. He gave me a quote, and performed the job quickly, and efficiently. He also provided a quick service of the dryer, while he had it open. I would definitely recommend Sam and JSN.

dishwasher repair
Our dishwasher was leaking, and we called JSN Appliance Repair because they had excellent ratings on HomeStars. I spoke to Sam, who came out to assess the next day. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and ordered the part (it was the wash motor, which unfortunately was not cheap). A few days later when the part arrived, Sam came and installed it and it's been working great ever since! I'd definitely recommend this company and would certainly use them again. Fast. Efficient. Courteous. Reliable. They're hard to beat.

Dishwasher won't drain
Our dishwasher wouldn't drain and we kept getting an error message. We called JSN Appliances Repair, Sam came to fix the problem. He is very knowledgable in what he does. He was great to work with and very curtious, I would I highly recommend hiring them for all your appliance repair needs.

Washer repair
My washer was fixed the day I called for service. Sam was very personable and efficient. My washer was repaired in about an hour and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend JSN Appliance Repair.

Maytag dishwasher repair
I had a problem with licking dishwasher. Sam arrived to our house for repairs on time. Repair was made quickly at a reasonable cost. We would highly recommend this company. Great service.

Repair of a washing machine door.
Appliance repair is full of sharks. I know. I've had bad experiences. I look after a few apartments and have had Sam from JSN out twice. He is efficient, easy to deal with and most importantly, honest and fair. You know what the cost will be and are not under pressure to make a snap decision. I completely recommend his services.

Sam was very punctual and detailed oriented in his work. Hey kept me up-to-date in terms of the approximate costs, issues found, parts required, and estimated time to finish.

Replaced discharge valve in dishwasher
Replaced leaking valve. Done in hour's time. Came prepared with replacement part. Called back 2 days later to make sure all was OK. Great job!

Excellent job- came at the allotted time window and got straight to work. Finished the job in good time, and explained everything he did. No surprising costs at the end. Overall, a great job!
