Appliance repair
Very prompt and courteous service. Clean; no mess left behind.Diagnosis of the problem with the gas dryer didn't take long. Sam ordered the part and completed the work. Dryer works like new now.

Dishwasher repair
Excellent service and results! Would definitely use JSN Appliances Repair again. Sam immediately returned my call to book an appointment, and was flexible in scheduling an appointment that accommodated my work schedule.

Dishwasher repair
Household kenmore dishwasher (2008) was leaking and causing damage to the ceiling below. Sam came by, identified the problem, ordered a replacement part, and then came back to fix the unit after it came in. It now runs like new!

Broken lock on a washer.
The lock from my washer was broken, it was the middle of the week and the next available appointment was for the weekend, I explained that I really needed the washer, and he came the same day at night!, I'm pretty sure he had a very long long day. Thank you!

Laundry Dryer - heating element was replaced and lint was cleaned from inside the dryer
The dryer was not heating up. The heating element needed to be replaced and lint was cleaned up from inside the dryer. Sam is very professional and efficient.

Oven Repair
On Sunday evening I noticed my gas oven wouldn't heat up. I called Sam monday and he was able to move around his schedule to get to my place by Tuesday morning. Sam was very organized, responsive and professional throughout the whole process. He arrived at our scheduled time with the correct parts, quickly diagnosed and replaced the defective igniter in about half hour. He quoted before the repair process and was quick, polite and clean (yes he wore his overshoes). He verified with me that everything was in working order before leaving. I would highly recommend and/or utilize his services in the future.

Top load Kitchen Aid washer repair
Our washer would not drain water after it was done going through the wash cycle. Saw all the great reviews for JSN and decided to give them a try. Sam got back to me very quickly and knew what the problem was right away (broken lid switch). He had the part ready to go and had everything up and running in less than an hour. Sam didn't rush the job and made sure he was doing everything right. Sam was very neat and tidy which was something we had never seen before. Sam was easy to talk to and you could tell that he took his job seriously. We are very pleased with his work and we totally recommend giving JSN a call for all your appliance repairs.

Broken lock on washing machine
I called JSN and was able to send them photos of my broken washing machine lock. They accommodated my schedule and the technician arrived with the replacement part so there was no need for a second appointment. It was installed in no time and the machine is back to perfect working order. Professional and quality work. I would definitely call them again.

Dishwasher Repair
Sam came to our place ready with spare parts for our dishwasher and was able diagnose and repair it within an hour. Highly recommend!

Dishwasher drainage issue
This is the second time we have used Sam for an issue with our appliances. This time we had an issue with our dishwasher not draining properly. Sam quickly identified the cause and cleared out the blockage. Everything appears to be back to normal now. We would definitely use Sam again in the future.
