Service
Dishwasher was not draining. Sam took everything apart and found a piece of rummer blocking the drainage hose. Everything was put back together and dishwasher was as good as new.

Dishwasher repair - inlet valve replacement
Sam was reliable and conscientious. He tried to diagnose the problem before he arrived to ensure he had the necessary replacement parts. He arrived within the stated time frame and provided a repair quote before he began the job. When he was finished he was careful to ensure he had cleaned up. The job was completed in a timely manner. We would highly recommend using JSN Appliance Repairs.

Washer bellow replacement
Sam has done an excellent job at replacing the door bellow without face plate removal (which saves the hassle of washing machine move, disconnection, etc.) for my Maytag washer. He stayed until the washer cycle is completed to ensure the good working order and did also follow up with a call (over the long weekend). Sam had also managed to get a better price for the part. Really appreciate his service.

Washing machine rubber trim replacement
Found Sam on home stars. He was incredibly helpful and efficient. He came when he said he would and had the parts available promptly. Being 3 hours away, this was a seamless process. Sam was great, and my tenants vouched for his work. I'll definitely be calling him again.
