Washing machine
Sam was very professional and thorough in his work. After having fixed my washing machine, he checked to see there were no leaks and tested a wash. I was very pleased with his service. Prior to making the appointment, he asked me to send him particulars on the washing machine. He is very organized and polite. I would highly recommend Sam. He knows his stuff!!

Dryer Repair
Had an issue with the heating element on an older dryer and problems with drum rotation. All fixed! Sam is great and I don't think he ever sleeps: he came at nearly 10p on a Friday evening and had the problem taken care of in a very short time. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Very acceptable rates, quick, courteous, you couldn't ask for more. Absolutely the best.

Dryer repair, replacement of control board
This was my first time calling JSN. Found them on home stars. Was very happy with Sam's efforts to fix my machine. He put in the extra effort to fix the unit and has followed up on a timely basis.

Dishwasher not draining
Sam did a wonderful job. He was very professional and made sure that the dishwasher was completely draining before he left. I would definitely recommend him!

Washing machine repair
Called Sam at JSN after finding out the maufacturor's service contractor charged an extortional rate every 15 minutes to diagnose and repair the machine. Found Sam highly recommended on home stars and his rate was fair and competitive. Diagnosed the problem ordered the part required and got the machine back up and running. A real pro.

Dryer Repair
I hired JSN Appliance Repair to fix my parents’ dryer that wouldn’t stay on when the knob was released. I left a message when I initially called and Sam returned my call promptly. He advised me on his availability and we scheduled a date for him to come by. On the day of, Sam called me 30 min in advance to confirm his arrival. He was very professional (e.g. wore shoe covers upon entering the house) and pleasant to deal with. He diagnosed the issue and advised us that a new switch would have to be ordered. He followed up promptly once it had arrived and came back to finish the job. Overall, he was very thorough and never rushed anything. We were quite pleased with the process, start to finish. I would happily hire Sam again in the future.

.Sam was honest, clean and very trustworthy. Would use JSN again for appliance repair and I highly recommend their professional services

Washing Machine Gasket Blowout
Sam was very responsive when I called him about the gasket popping out of our front-load washer. He arrived that evening to complete the repair, took the time to explain the mechanics and ran a test load to make sure the gasket was nice and tight etc. not only was the immediate service very efficient, he followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure that the cycle completed with no further leaking and that we were satisfied. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

Dryer Dial Broken
Sam was quick to respond and set up appointment, prompt, polite and very efficient! He fixed my dryer quickly and reasonably. I would defintely call him again for my appliance repairs and recommend him to others.
