    Dishwasher repair

    Had an issue with the dishwasher not providing water. Sam figured the issue out and ordered the part. I had no issue with the $60 service call as it comes off of your final bill. I just felt that the rate was a bit steep (total bill) for about a 10 minute repair. He was very friendly and did arrive on the date and time he had promised.

Just for clarification that the job has been done in 45 minutes not in 10 minutes & the total invoice for part & labour was $250 not $300 as indicated above. Also all our labour rates are flat rates based on what job is required to be done no matter if it's done in 45 minutes or 2 hours that's all based on our experience.     Dryer Repair

    Very professional. Got the job done in timely manner. Cheap cost for repair. I'd definitely call them back again.

    Bosch Fridge Repair

    Called Ayman for my Fridge issue and he came as promised on Dec. 28. After a quick check he was able to find what the problem was, it was the fridge fan which circulate the cold air. He replaced it, put back everything and cleaned. Very professional, I definitely recommend this company and will call them if I ever needed repair in the future. Thank you!

    Dryer Repair

    Service was quick and efficient. I would definitely use them again and refer to others for appliance repairs.

    Washer Repair

    We called Sam on a Sunday evening (5pm) because our washer stopped working and was full of water so it needed a quick fix. Even though he was about to go out with his family he understood the situation could not wait and came that evening right on time in less than two hours since our first talk on the phone.(7pm). By 8pm my washer was running perfectly. Very polite, little talk and efficient work! Knowledgeable quick and fair. I would recommend Sam to anyone and for sure I would call him again if needed!     Dishwasher Repair

    Great Service. Sam was very responsive and professional. Did a great job, cleaned up after him self. Would use him again and recommend him to others.

    Dryer Repair

    My dryer broke down back at the end of October, and Sam was able to drop by within 48 hours to fix it. He did a superbly clean job, and was very reasonable in price. I had him look at a dishwasher before, and I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reasonably priced appliance repair guy who does the job right.

    Repair dishwasher door

    Dishwasher door links were broken. I made an appointment with Sam to do the repair after he gave me an estimate over the phone. He confirmed the appointment by email and arrived when he said he would. He made the repair that I requested and the cost was within the original estimate.

    The technician was amazingly professional and courteous. He communicated the fee to us before endeavoring to do the work, which he did quickly. I highly recommend them!

    Microwave Repair

    Sam at JSN has been very responsive to our microwave issue and was available to get the issue resolved by coming late night (around 9pm) to repair. Thus saving our Christmas family dinner just in time. I have already plan to use JSN's service for other appliance installation.
