    Range Repair

    I called Sam the day before Christmas Eve. I had 15 people coming for Christmas dinner and was really worried I wasn't going to be able to cook our turkey. When I spoke with Sam he said he was very busy but would squeeze me in as he understood my dilemma. He also came prepared with the correct part to fix our stove as he thought he knew what the problem was after I explained to him what was happening. Sam showed up that evening and fixed our stove. He was polite and very efficient. I would recommend him to anyone. Christmas is a very crazy time of year and Sam really saved the day.

    Thanks Sam!

    As we never know who and/or what to expect (good or usually bad) with contractors/technicians/services, I was able to trust Sam as he was very customer oriented on returning calls/emails. He was very efficient and does not lose any time on preparing and completing the work. I would recommend Sam...     Dryer Repair

    Was very impressed with the work. Sam was very professional and did not leave until he was completely happy with the work. I would definitely recommend JSN Appliance Repair to everyone.

    Dryer Repair

    I found Sam to be very nice and efficient. He explained what was wrong and what needed to be done. I would highly recommend JSN and would not hesitate to use them again.

    Fridge repair

    Great service!! Ayman is extremely professional and has great knowledge. Not only fixed our freezer issue but gave is helpful tips for future maintance. Would use his services again without a question. Thank you!

    Repaired Washing Machine

    He was prompt, efficient and despite the fact that I was travelling abroad, got the work done without a hitch. Very professional and followed up through the whole process ensuring the task was done as requested.

    Fridge Repair

    We noticed our fridge stopped working late Thursday night and called Ayman early Friday morning. He was able to make an appointment for us that day. Ayman quickly assessed the problem (a broken switch) while keeping me informed that it could have been the compressor which would require buying a new fridge. We appreciated the honesty. All of this was accomplished with a great attitude, he genuinely enjoys his work of helping fix appliances for people. Our fridge was fixed within a half hour. Excellent work.

    Washer Repair

    The fixed a washer that wasn't draining / spinning properly. They accommodated us on both visits with times that worked for us and we didn't have to wait too long. Polite and curtious.
