Dimitar came to our home the same day I called for service. He was early and he completely the job in less than an hour. He was professional, honest, efficient and effective. Dimitrius did an excellent job. Replaced 3 dead bolts all keyed alike. Polite, clean and efficient. Came to my home promptly at the time we arranged. I will recommend him to anyone.

Problem: The lock in our front door suddenly stopped working. I called Locksmith Care and he was there in 30 minutes. It turned out that one of the components in the lock had snapped, possibly due to metal fatigue. Dimitar went to a specialized hardware store to get a replacement part. However, it turned out that the entire mechanism would need to be replaced at a cost of $400, and there would be a 4 week wait until the part arrived :-(. So, he suggested installing a new deadbolt instead, which we went with--and it works great. I was very pleased with his professionalism and his price, which I thought was quite low given how much time he had to spend. Definitely recommended.

Hired Dimitar to re-key locks. Excellent experience. He also made copies of keys without charge, and really went above and beyond -- this included making sure doors opened and closed smoothly! Would certainly recommend and hire again.

Coming home late with wife and two small kids in car. Super Bowl Weekend. Front door latch broke so we were all locked out of the house, late at night in the winter cold. Called Locksmith Care and Dmitri came right across the city to drill out the door handle and install a new one. Whole thing was very quick and no nonsense. Very dedicated to helping his customers. Or maybe he was a Broncos fan.

I had an unusual problem - the deadbolt wouldn't lock. I called Locksmith Care and Dimitri showed up within 45 minutes, I thought I was going to need a whole new lock system but he diagnosed the problem as much simpler - the deadbolt mechanism had jammed. He fixed the problem in 45 minutes. Good service, good job, reasonable price.

Although it was not an emergency, they came within 1/2 an hour. He took his time to make sure the job was done well and the cost was the price quoted over the phone.

I would highly recommend Locksmith Care. With this service I felt at ease, comfortable and at the end of it all confident with choosing Locksmith Care. Dimitar was awesome for several reasons - He arrived on time; Came on the scheduled date; Installed the deadbolt quickly and efficiently - with no mess! Cleaned up; and As a customber not familiar with the procedure, he answered all questions with patience; He also showed us how to use the equipment and how to translate the instructions booklet for future use. His quote and price was more than fair, especially with four other quotes going above a grand. And I'm assuming you're wondering if he stuck to his quote, HE DID! This is always something that people want to know, so I added it in there. Good luck with all your contracting needs.

The lock handle on my garage door would not turn. Locksmith Care arrived within 30 mins. Immediately found the problem which was build-up of ice on garage floor causing the locking bar to jam. Cleared away ice and the problem was fixed. I offered to compensate him for having to come out but he graciously declined. It is without hesitation I would recommend Locksmith Care. Highly professional.
