Phone staff was great, fast and friendly . was just as great very personable.Because I had to meet him at the house, he called and let me know when he was going to be there He arrived at the house on time.

The gentleman who repaired my dishwasher was excellent and very professional. The only thing was the cost which was expensive.

We're in Toronto, fwiw. Homestars seems to have concluded i'm from San Francisco - no idea why. I've used ARS in the past for repairs to our dishwasher, washing machine, and now our oven, which had the control panel go kerbluey about a month ago. 5 and a half years old. Grrrr. Steve (the technician) did the repairs quickly and with no mess. That was great. The only hitch with this repair is that ARS, as i found out only after the work was complete, was not an authorized repair co. for Frigidaire. That made it impossible for their back office, who ordered the required parts, to see that there was a back order on the control panel or to be able to determine when the parts would come in. If i'd known that, and there's no reason i should have, I would have been a lot less bent out of shape over the three weeks it took to get the parts in. As soon as they were in, it was a snap to get an appointment teed up.

Pump had to be replaced. They did it in record timing. Called them Monday morning and was done and over with by Tuesday noon

Repair man arrived to investigate/repair leak in washing machine. Diagnosed the problem quickly and had the part on hand to repair the problem. All work completed in less than and hour - Very satisfied and did not have to wait for part to be ordered to repair the machine!

the fridge was over heating and he fixed the problem by cleaning all of the coils which we did not know were under the fridge and in the worse place possible to get at!

Tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. Made sure everything was working before he left , good job.

These guys are great!!! Called lg and they referred us to ARS , they are the authorized service for lg, turns out my compressor was dead, and I didn't even know it had warranty until the manager at ARS told me, only paid for labor and have a working fridge fixed in 2 days!! Amazing !!

Replaced the heating element in the LG dishwasher in second of two visits. Quick and efficient.

I had a defective part for my LG gas oven. ARS has helped to troubleshoot the issue and followed with the detailed repair procedure. The initially part replacement was failed and eventually it was diagnosed with a defective burner valve. It was a rare failing part, and ARS has honored my original fixing price (even the part is more expensive). The subsequent visit was excellent, and the technician has helped to checked the repaired oven professionally after replacing the parts. Thank you, both Jonathon and Peter from ARS!
