    Washer repair

    The thechnition took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with the machine and what he did to fix it and what we should watch for in the future!

    Fixing old dryer

    Replace part of the motor b/c its burnt (overly heated) and malfunctioning He cleaned parts of the dryers and replace the part

    Washing Machine

    Had issue with my washing machine , I called this company and was told it was $80.00 for diagnosis, which would be waived if I went ahead with repair. after 10 minutes he found the problem and told me the price. Final bill $126.00 for the part $160 for labor.... he refused to reverse the initial $80.00 . I called the office about this , the confirmed that the initial $80 was to be waived , however refused to do anything about it. So $160 for 25 minutes work, not bad. Be wise to their billing practices before you proceed, will not use again or recommend.

The labor for our technician was $160 which we believe is fair for the work that he did also the part was $126 you also received a discount of $25 for simply mentioning an ad online. We apologize you did not have a good experience but we did mention our fees to you once the diagnose was done, and you agreed.

    LG Washer

    I have an apartment size LG washing machine and water wasn't draining into the tub, it just drizzled, these guys are the only authorised repair folks in my area. I had the initial repair person come out to look at it. He determined I needed a new part but that they had to order it. I said go for it. What annoyed me was that I was getting calls saying my repair guy was sick and had to go home, then one time no one showed up within the time indicated. This happened a couple of times and I was starting to get really annoyed. I called the office and spoke to the manager and explained that I saw some pretty bad reviews online and I was worried. Well, I'm here to tell you that they made it right. They apologised and I must say I wasn't very nice on the phone with regard to the repair guy not showing up a couple of times, and they were very courteous. They also had my credit card info so that concerned me also. The repair guys came changed the part and everything turned out great. I would totally recommend these guys

    Washing machine repair

    Carlos was excellent. He identified the issue, provided a solution prior to taking action, and then installed a new part. He confirmed with me that it was functioning, and also let me know about plumbing issue I should address, which was much appreciated.

    Oven not working

    I called Appliance Repair because my oven was not working. They came the very same day and found the problem. The part was ordered and installed within 2 weeks. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional -- call Appliance Repair if you need work done. You won't be disappointed!

    Diagnose and replace icemaker

    Service was excellent. First call was to tech to diagnose problem. He tried very hard to fix the ice maker but couldn't so we decided to replace. He ordered the part and 2 days later another tech came and replaced it. Both were very detailed about their work and wouldn't leave until everything was good. Excellent service and very fast response.

    Dishwasher

    The technician is so professional and worked pretty hard, very efficient...I've been very pleased for his job well done. He is friendly as well; we had a good time, sharing some good knowledge in life. I following to the door and said good bye with a big smile, and also sent some yummy cookies to his 5 yrs old son. He is a very good father as well. Good people did make the life better and more beautiful to live.

    Washing machine repair

    We have an apartment size stacked washer and dryer, washing machine wasn't draining properly and dirt was backing up into drum. Rep came out to inspect and order new drain pump, we they returned to install the pump the technician was prepared to move the dryer by bringing another tech to assist, no extra charge for 2nd man. They did a quick change of pumps and I was fixed. They responded quickly, expertly and efficiently, couldn't ask for more.
