Ok, I am blown away by the customer service of this company. They came over on a Sunday morning within an hour of us calling. Our 24 year old furnace had died. They showed us the cracked heat exchanger and the blower motor was broken. They came the next morning and removed the old furnace and put in the new. It took less than three hours. Ali and Reza were so nice to deal with! I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. 10+ stars.

Amazing service from Ali and Reza. Quick and attentive, they were both thorough and detailed and provided helpful feedback for future maintenance of our new tankless water heater. Would highly recommend their services and we appreciate their efficiency and professionalism!

I shopped around for a number of options to replace our old medium efficiency furnace and air conditioner. Ali and Reza from Climax were the only ones who came by in-person looked at our system and provided an on-the-spot quotation for a state-of-the-art Bosch furnace/heat pump combination to take advantage of government rebates. They started and finished the work within 1 week of giving us the quote! Fantastic service, fantastic knowledge, wonderful people.

After using Climax Air in the past a couple of times, I knew who to call when my furnace quit on Christmas day. They came that afternoon to see the issue and we decided it was time to replace my furnace/AC which were both 20 years old. New install happened a day later on time, old items taken away and the area clean. Great company to deal with.

This company is exceptionally good. Excellent phone interactions to get a fast appointment for a furnace with functioning fan/thermostat controls but no heat. On time arrival of a very capable tech duo. Rapid diagnosis of cracked heat exchanger (as I expected). Matched the exact specs to replace the dead furnace with a smart alternative which I accepted (& confirmed by on-line research before installation). Were back the next day, careful, no mess, no fuss, done in a couple hours. Worked perfectly. Later saw a couple of non-essential accessories malfunctioning. They came back & quickly fixed them too. Pleasant, considerate, knowledgeable, fast, and affordable. If I could give them eleven stars, I would.

Look no further than Climax Heating and Air Conditioning. After many years our furnace started to work inconsistently. After speaking to a few companies, I decided on Climax. The reason for that was due to the Installer, Moe. He was highly professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy in any way. After examining the situation, he noted the condition of my AC which was the same age as my furnace and recommended a combination heat pump and furnace. This would allow me also to take advantage of the current greener homes rebate. I felt good about this as it was a good step towards reducing our carbon footprint and utilizing an extremely efficient system. The installation happened in one day and was outstanding. Moe and his team were exemplary in their actions, leaving no mess. Since the installation, we have enjoyed consistent room temperature and significantly reduced our reliance on natural gas. The Bosch system is so intuitive that it operates most efficiently. It is also considerably quieter than the previous system. As we examine our usage, we can track the consistency in temperature throughout the house. Once again I have no hesitation in recommending Climax Heating and Air

Furnace died yesterday and Alireza was quick to come for service and suggested the right solution. The guys were here first thing next day for the job and we were so thankful. Furnace dying in winter is a dangerous thing.

Ali came earlier the evening before scheduled to take an early diagnosis of our broken furnace, which was great! It was unfortunately significantly in disrepair that it needed to be replaced. Thankfully he slotted us in the very next morning. Ali and Reza were efficient and respectful, completing our furnace removal and installation in a few hours!

Very professional. Fixed my old furnace and avoided the cost of a new one. I had a follow up problem installing a new thermostat and Sam guided me over the phone to fix the problem, free of charge. I really appreciated that.
