I originally used their services back in 2020 to fix a furnace that was no longer blowing hot air. Fast forward to October 2022 I called Sam to inform him that my old furnace no longer works. Within hours Alireza was over to take a look at it. In his professional opinion, a replacement would be needed as the existing furnace was approaching its end of life. He not only gave an excellent quote but within 24 hours the furnace was replaced. They left the job site clean and ensured I was completely satisfied with their service. When it comes to replacing my AC or water heater, I now know that I do not need to call around and waste my time bargaining with several vendors; I'll simply call these guys and get it done right the first time!

Furnace + AC replacement We talked to several furnace companies prior to replacing our broken furnace. Mohammad stood out immediately, he explained everything very well at the spot and answered all of our additional questions in the next 24 hours. As fall weather is really unpredictable, we wanted the furnace to be replaced ASAP. He gave us the first available date, and he came an hour earlier to ensure that we would have a working furnace by end of the day. He and his partner replaced our furnace and AC within a few hours and it worked perfectly. In addition, he also removed our problematic previous AC for free, as a nice surprise for us!! Perfect repair, Honest Advice, Fast and Friendly Service, what else do you expect from a contractor. They are upfront, quick and do the job considering best interests of the customer. We lost hot water on a spotless tank, The Big Box national stores, as well as the so-called National worry-free home service plan provider subcontractors charged us for visit, did absolutely nothing and tried to upsell us with in excess of few thousand dollars (raging from 4-5 thousand dollars with wait times in excess of weeks) solutions for something we did not need. We called the manufacturer of our water heater for advice and they referred us to Climax Heating & Air Conditioning (their authorized dealer) in Gordon Baker branch per our postal code. These guys did job quick per suggested manufacturer repair in less than 24 hours for less than $400. Amazing service, friendly honest advice. We dealt with Sam, and Moji, and Ali for this repair and would like to thank them. We can trust Climax Heating & Air Conditioning and we recommend their services.

After maintenance inspection on my furnance, I received a red tag infraction notice that the flex connector pipe on the furnance had to be replaced. I called 4 hvac companies listed on Homestars for quotes on the repair job. The quote from Climax Heating and Air Conditioning was 40% lower than the average of the quotes from the other 3 companies. The Climax technician who performed the work was named Mohammad. Mohammad showed up on time and performed the repair quickly and efficiently. He seemed to be very thorough and professional. In addition to repairing the furnance, Mohammed also pointed out some things to look out for that might cause problems in the future, given the current condition of the furnance (the furnace is 15 years old). Mohammad was very courteous throughout and answered all my questions in detail. He was also very tidy. At the end of the job, he asked for a broom and insisted on sweeping up the small mess that was left behind. In all, I was very impressed by the level of service I received from Climax and would heartily recommend them.

I tried repairing my own A/C (thought it was a bad capacitor) but couldn't get the cool air flowing or fan outside to spin. Had Climax come in and they tested everything to confirm it was a bad condenser, so decided to buy a new unit from them for a decent price. Came the next day and installed it - cool air the very next day that we originally spoke. Pretty impressive, great service... highly recommend!

Our aged water heater started leaking gas at gas control valve spot, we needed to either fix the leakage or replaced the heater. After a few calls, we decided to go with Climax to replace with a new heater, as Mohammad explained all works to be done, and provided a detailed quote, sounds very professional and considerate, which indeed we had the right decision and chose the right company. On the day, Mohammad and his team done the works very neatly and quickly, and also gave us a brief but clear introduction to the new device. Meanwhile, he also helped us fix a couple of issues and cleaned up the site. There is NOT anything that I feel this guy should do better, we are very very much satisfied with the works!! Speedy process to get a technitian for a furnace repair. I am satisfied with the quality of the service. The rep responded to all my questions in a timelly manner. I would refer them to friends and family for any heating and cooling issues.

After seeking help from two other companies, Ali and Reza were able to finally give us relief from the heat. We have a home made of straw bale construction (you'll have to look that up yourself) which means we cannot penetrate the walls to insert anything. We also have rad heating which means no ductwork and so we needed a company to do some creative thinking with us to get cool air into our home. Ali came for a consultation and it took him about 5 minutes to offer a solution where the other companies either said they couldn't or wouldn't do it. A split system that goes up into the attic through the soffit and down into the upstairs rooms via a ceiling mounted head. The work was done professionally, with courtesy and efficiently. I would highly recommend Ali, Reza and Climax!
