Update: ---------- These guys were right. A few weeks later, my furnace went out. Ali and team came right away and replaced my furnace quickly. We now have a smaller, more efficient unit that I do not have to worry about for 10 years+. Thank you Ali! A couple weeks after my furnace was replaced, I noticed some water accumulation on the floor. I gave them a call and again, they were here very quickly. This time, Moe identified the root cause was from our old humidifier. He showed me that my humidifier hose was completely clogged. The replacement was quick . Thank you Moe! Original: ---------------- My furnace stopped working over the long weekend. I contacted Climax from their strong reviews and I was pleased that I did. From my initial call to the service being complete was around 3 hrs. Unreal. I was up and running in no time. I was given advice for care due to my older furnace and was given non-biased, non-pressured advice on a possible replacement in the future. I have saved their contacts in my contact list. Amazing company! Thank you!

The fan on our central air conditioner condenser had stopped working and the unit just hummed and got hot when turned on. I called Climax around 9 a.m. and Sam was there by 11. He quickly identified the problem as a bad capacitor and had it running within ten minutes. He also checked the basement unit to make sure everything was OK there as well. Very happy with the quality and professionalism of their service.

I called them yesterday because my air conditioner stopped working. They offered to send a technician in the evening but since I was not going to be home they scheduled me for mid-day today. The technician Sam called when he was on the way to confirm I was home. He took a look at the AC and quickly determined the faulty part. He replaced it and even cleaned off my AC...all in less than 15 minutes. Everything works great!

After being completely messed around by Reliance and facing one of the first heatwaves this summer, Climax Heating and Cooling were quick to respond, easy to work with, and very professional. They provided a competitive quote, were honest and realistic with availability of systems and timing of installation. They were happy to work around our schedule with regards to some landscaping we wanted to do as well. The final installation was a very neat job and the technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. They remained responsive even after the job was complete when I had some questions about how things were working. Highly recommend!
