My 5 year-old portable AC unit crapped out on me, in late July. I work from home, and found the stifling heat unbearable. I'd wanted Central Air for quite awhile. So, I phoned ClimaxAir to book an appointment, last Friday. Sam came by, on Sunday afternoon. And I was elated when he told me that the AC install could actually be done on the Holiday (Simcoe Day) Monday?! The crew was helpful, polite, and very efficient.. I'm extremely satisfied with the job done. And even happier to have a nice cool temperatures, that allow me to work comfortably in my home office again!

Sam showed up right on time and was very thorough with his inspection and explanation as to what the problem was. He had it fixed in no time the same day! He was knowledgeable, friendly and practiced covid 19 protocol! Thanks Sam!

My central A/C died in a hot spell. Mo and Reza came on time, worked efficiently and politely and didn’t leave until everything was working well. Replaced both A/C and heating system in one day.

My AC stop working the other evening and naturally started panicking. I called a couple places to see if someone would be able to call us back first thing in the morning. Climax called me back within 30 minutes at 9 p.m. Sam came the next day and quickly diagnosed and repaired our AC. Couldn't be happier, customer service goes a long way.

Sam was great. Very good customer service. I was able to reach him by phone (on the first try) and he came by later the same day. He fixed the issue quickly (AC leak) and I felt confident that our unit was functioning properly when he left. I recommend Climax Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone

This is the second time I have used Sam to service my air conditioning unit. He is so prompt and trustworthy. I would highly recommend him and his company.

My a/c unit stopped working overnight. Noticed the house was quite warm when I woke up. Being a Sunday, wasn’t expecting to get a same day service call. Sam called reached out in the morning and said he could be available in the early afternoon. He called again to say when he was close by. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes. The capacitor had stopped working and fortunately, Sam had the part on hand and replaced it minutes. Sam is knowledgeable, very polite and professional. I am incredibly pleased with the service. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The price was also very reasonable. I’m truly grateful that I was able to get the fix on a Sunday, in the middle of another heat wave. I will definitely use this company when it comes time to replace my furnace. Thanks so much Sam Sam!

Sam was great. I called early on a Saturday afternoon and my AC leak was fixed before dinner. He took the time to explain the issue and answer my questions. I would recommend this company.
