Sam was great. Very good customer service. After I called the office he responded with a call within 5 mins and came out later in the afternoon. He fixed the issue quickly and answered all my questions. I recommend Climax Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone

Called Climax Heating after our AC stopped working. Received a call back 1 hour later after hours on Sunday afternoon. SAM came the same evening to assess the problem. The fan blower was seized and needed replacing. The next day SAM called to let me know the replacement fan was unfortunately out of stock and would take a day to arrive. After it arrived, Sam came over and replaced it all in about 30mins. He even helped assess the temperature of the AC air since it's almost 20 years old. It was a bit low on coolant so he gave me additional recharge for a very low price. He was very courteous and punctual, very helpful with my questions, and efficient. Thank you very much.

Great service. While I was hoping for same day service, Sam the technician showed up first thing the following morning. He replied to phone calls and I never felt ignored. When he showed up he identified the source of my leak in my basement AC unit right away and fixed it within minutes. He also provided recommendations on ways to improve the efficiency for my AC/Furnace Unit as well as made suggestions if I want to ever replace my outdoor unit which is aging. Also provided price estimates as well and never pressured me into buying anything. Definite recommend. Great service. Very fast, efficient, and friendly. Arrived in 10 minutes after my call, and fixed the AC issue in 15 minutes. I highly recommend them.

I cannot say nice enough words about Sam and highly recommend Climax Heating and Air Conditioning! In a world where dishonesty and the rush to make money is the norm, he and his company shine through their honesty, thoroughness and knowledge. Our water heater stoped working and the Enercare technician stated that the CO emissions are too high and turned it off, telling us we need to buy another one. As the water heater was checked relatively recently by Enercare as part of the maintenance and we were told that the emissions are way below cut off, we have asked for a second opinion. Sam checked the water heater thoroughly, was extremely honest and did not try to oversell things, gave us excellent advice. He was polite and respectful, punctual, careful not to leave any dirt behind, friendly and more than willing to answer our questions. Again, I cannot say enough nice words about him. The water heater works well, CO is 6ppm (not 100, as the Enercare technician stated) and we did not have to buy a new water heater at this time. Thank you, Sam! We highly recommend you and your company!

Our A/C stopped working in the middle of a nasty heat wave. Our house was measuring 28 degrees and our 15 month old baby couldn't sleep (nor could the rest of us, but an unhappy baby just raises the stress level!) Sam came out on a Sunday only a few hours after I called. He immediately helped us identify the issue (frozen line) and helped us resolve it. We did have one new issue that popped up the next day (something was caught in our furnace fan). Sam called me right away, walked me through the steps to fix it, and was persistent in pushing me on when I nearly gave up. Without a doubt, I will be calling Climax/Sam for all of my future HVAC needs.

We had a problem with our furnace and Sam responded to our call immediately. He sent his technician Mo, who was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and did a great job. Sam has serviced our furnace and air conditioning in the past and he is reliable and trustworthy so we will always call on him in the future.

Sam showed up promptly, diagnosed the issue and made the repair in no time! I was very happy with his service. Hopefully I won't have to but will definitely call again if needed.

I had an issue with my AC not coming on. I called at 10am and Mo came to my place at 11am. Fixed the issue very quick and didn't try to force any other services on me, unlike another company that came to fix my furnace some months back and told me just by looking at my AC through a window and telling me that I needed maintenance and cleaning and other things. Mo debunked that guy and told me it didn't need any of that. Great work and the time from call to fixing the issue was really quick. Thanks Climax!

Our A/C went dead in the middle of a brutal heat wave. I first called another firm here and spoke with them July 4, 2020 who said they would call back. I called them 2 more times and left messages but no show. I do not know how this other firm got positive ratings here. I lost a valuable three days before finding SAM of Climax Air. On July 6 I called SAM who was was booked solid. Explained our family exigency, that A/C now rather critical. Sam said he would try. To our great relief Sam did call back and arrived promptly. Sam is professional in every way. He checked everything and diagnosed the problem and repaired the unit. I am impressed with SAM’s manners and his honesty. Sam is now the only person I call in future to repair or replace the system. Sam also gave sound and useful advice that made much sense. Thank you , Sam ! Adam , Woodbridge, ON Sam is VERY professional in every way. He came in, checked out the outside unit and then checked the furnace room. He was able to diagnose the problem and fortunately he was able to carry out the repairs on that visit in a time and cost-effective manner. I am very impressed with SAM’s manners, and Sam’s honesty. THIS is the first and only person whom I shall call in future, especially when I am ready to replace the whole system. Our air conditioner stopped working on a Friday evening in the middle of a heat wave. We called Climax and Sam was at our place within the hour. Sam was courteous, professional and helpful. He diagnosed the issue, had the part required, replaced and tested the part within 45 minutes. Throughout the time he spent working on our air conditioner Sam was explaining to me what he was doing, what he was looking for and what it meant. He answered all my questions with courtesy and grace so that I never felt foolish. Before he left he let me know what to continue to watch for and how best to maintain my air conditioner. Overall I was left not only with a working air conditioner on a hot weekend but with a pleasant and easy experience. I highly recommend Climax and Sam to anyone who finds themselves in the same situation. Thank you again Sam!
