My heater was broken. I called the company on Saturday evening on the snowstorm and Sam called me back later that evening. He came by on Sunday before 11:30 and had fixed my water heater by 11:45! Very pleasant and respectful (put on booties) and gave me helpful advice. Would definitely be my first call in the future.

Our 11 year old Coleman furnace was acting up, intermittently shutting down over a period of three / four days. Shutting it off for 5-10 minutes seemed to get it going again, but kept recurring. Called Climax after reading reviews and spoke with Mike. He asked me about the trouble, and said tech would be out in the next couple of hours. Sam called about an hour later to let me know he was on his way, showed up on time (despite a snowstorm going on.) He was very polite and went to work right away. Quickly diagnosed the issue and explained what caused it. Also took the time to check out all the wiring and gas pressure. As well mentioning some maintenance tips for going forward, and things to watch out for with my specific furnace. Extremely satisfied, and will absolutely call for any future hvac needs. Thanks!!!!

This is the 2nd time I call Climax for work on my furnace, 1st time just for regular maintenance and 2nd time because my furnace was acting up. Both time Sam came out to my place , and both times I was very happy with the work, which was fairly priced. Definitely recommend Climax for all your heating and cooling needs.

Checked heater unit and advised that only issue was clogged filter that was causing an issue with the airflow

Furnace stopped working. Climax technician, Sam, came, assessed the situation and was able to being parts and get our furnace running again in very short time. Sam was very professional, efficient and pleasant. We are extremely pleased with our experience!

Woke up to a cold house and a broken furnace on a Saturday in January... Called several people and Climax had a competitive price and was able to prioritize an immediate assessment. The technician Sam quickly and professionally identified the issue. Unfortunately the repair required a specialized gas valve and most suppliers were closed on the weekend. Sam called around for someone that was willing to open on a Saturday and received a quote. Price to get the part on the weekend was exorbitant so we decided to wait till Monday morning to get the part and Sam committed to performing the repair on Monday. By Monday afternoon the repair was completed fast and efficiently, and Sam even went out of his way to find a cheaper supplier for the part! Excellent service, quality work, very professional, competitive pricing and goes the extra mile. Would highly recommend them.
