Great job by the installers (sorry, I didn't get their names) and excellent, timely customer service from Sam. Job site was left in a tidy manner. Would gladly recommend this company.

Sam came to fix our leaking furnace. It had been leaking for a long time. We just moved into a new house and discovered the leak. He ordered the parts and fixed it under an hour. Very efficient work!

Sam was great. Very friendly and professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend his service.

While away on vacation this winter, Sam from climax came over immediately and solved the issue while my neighbor was there. He came back when I was back from vacation to replace the worn switch. Pleasant on the phone and in person, always answers questions and ensures the customer receives value for their money.

For a couple of days our furnace wasn't sounding so good. It was very loud and sounded like a plane had just landed. It was still working, but not very well. You can tell the furnace was struggling to get heat circulating in the house. Sunday morning we decided to have it looked at and Sam was on site within two hours. He had a look and mentioned that we could get the parts replaced. Since the furnace was 17 years old my husband and I decided it was worth the investment to get the unit replaced. Sam was very informative about the installation process and the rebate offers available to us. The next day the team came and replaced our furnace. They showed us the before and after and we are very happy with the work done. Thank you Sam and Saeed. We can now enjoy our warm house worry-free.

Called another company last Tuesday to fix the water heater pipe leak, not only they didn't fix the water leak, they also caused another water leak. Even worse, they told us our existing water heater "John Wood" was way too old that we needed to replace it with "Rheem" for $1,900.00. We were wondering if the technician from that company was telling us the truth. We searched on HomeStars and called Climax Heating today around noon to ask for a quote of the new water heater installation. The technician named Sam came to our house 3 hours later. He checked the water heater and asked us why we needed to replace it as it was installed in 2013 and still in good condition. He quickly fixed the issue with a reasonable price. He answered all our questions patiently and shared some additional information with us. Sam also quickly found out our fire place problem and fixed it without additional charge. Sam was honest, prompt and professional. We are happy with the result and the service. Highly recommend.

This weekend, my furnace started acting up and I could hear noises which sounded like the motor was going to need to be replaced. I called 3 companies and Sam gave me the quickest response through a voice call rather than texting back and forth. He was quick to set up an appointment and arrived during the time he said he would be onsite. Sam conducted his assessment and told me that a part would need to be replaced. He arrived at my home on Monday morning to replace the part and completed the repair in 15 minutes. Sam was a pleasure to deal with and provided great service. Thanks Sam!
