Came home from work Friday night approx 8pm & furnace sounded very rough. I called Sam at 8:30pm & he returned my call within 1/2 hr. He came out early Saturday morning & diagnosed the issue right away - furnace was days from failing and during the worst snow day of the fall. Sam ordered the necessary part & was back at my house late morning on Monday. Sam explained the issue - gave me my options, and then arrived promptly as discussed & fixed the issue very quickly. I fully recommend Sam - trustworthy and very calm and knowledgable - but most of all, he gave his word that he would deliver & he did so! I will use Sam later this month to service my gas fireplace & I will also use him to help put in a new furnace/AC in the spring. Thanks Sam - can't thank you enough!

We are extremely happy with the service Climax Heating and Air Conditioning provided. Our furnace was blowing cold air and I was relieved to speak directly with a representative late in the evening to schedule an appointment. The next morning, our furnace was repaired very quickly! Sam was very professional, honest and provided some additional furnace care tips. We will be calling Climax Heating and Air Conditioning again for all our future furnace and air conditioning needs!

Sam from Climax Air Condition was so thorough when explaining the reason for which my furnace was not functioning. He is patient, detailed-oriented and most importantly, timely! I appreciate the service he offered when it comes to such an important appliance in the household and would recommend.

Service was great! I got the number online, called and Sam answered right away. He came over to my moms house and temporarily repaired the furnace until the part was ordered. ( which kept us from freezing) he explained the issue and our options. As I just called a number I found online, I felt I got very lucky! Will defiantly call back if I have any issues with my mom’s furnace or my furnace! - thanks again Sam :) Great Job 10 ️

A burnt out furnace motor in freezing weather "not fun." Sam from Climax air conditioning offered competitive pricing for a new furnace. The installers were very professional, clean and protective of my home, and courteous ( all very important in residential services). Heat in 2 1/2 hours. I am more than pleased with the work and will definitely refer Climax.

I contacted Climax Air ( & other HVAC suppliers) for quotes on a new HVAC system at our rental property. Sam answered my telephone enquiry immediately and we arranged for a site visit 2 hours later. Not only was their quotation competitive with others, the warranty guarantee offered on their equipment was superior to all others. In addition, Sam was very helpful in providing information and initiating an available partial rebate/incentive program Enbridge was offering. Their installation crew were true professionals.. They completed their work on time, and left zero trace of ever being on site. Including the removal of all debris and old equipment off the premises. Would highly recommend Climax Air to anyone considering the install of a new HVAC system.

I called Climax Air later on Tuesday afternoon, Sam answered the phone right away (that doesn't happen anymore). I explained the problem and explained what another company said to us. Sam offered three options and explained each one in detail. There was no pressure, it was an easy conversation and Sam and the crew came the following day to install. The crew was great, they were quick and cleaned up as they went. I can't thank Sam and the guys enough for such a quick response. I would highly recommend this company. Michelle

Issue with EnviroSense heating system (so no hot water or home heating). We were bracing ourselves for a huge bill and we’re very pleasantly surprised by the quick and honest work done, that got our heating system back working. Very happy and (now) warm again!!

Call the company Friday night and was told a technician would come Saturday between 1-4pm. Sam came at 2pm (called about 30 minutes before came). He identified the problem in a few minutes and installed the replacement quickly. Sam did an excellebt job. Fixed the problem in 10-15 minutes. Very professional. I spent $100 for labour and $150 for parts, which I think is reasonable.

Sam was prompt and very informative regarding the model and rebate program yet not aggressive to try to sell their product. He is professional and the price he gave us was competitive. The installation technicians did great job despite having minimum space to work with. Not only they finished on time but also cleaned up afterward. After we got a new furnace, I mentioned to my next door neighbor how satisfied we were. He was convinced and got his new furnace two weeks after !! We are very happy we chose Climaxair
