New furnace
No problems whatsoever. Job done at scheduled time at a fair price. Furnace was in a tight space but was replaced without need to remove wallboard.

Furnace and A/C replacement
They provided good advice and professional service. Installation seems on point and system is running smoothly. Great value compared to other big name HVAC providers we considered. Very satisfied.

New furnace and AC
I contacted Climax for a quote based on their great reviews. Sam came to do an estimate within a couple hours of my call. He had lots of great information about Enbridge rebate programs, and clearly explained different models of AC/Furnace & their warranties. Great communication re: scheduling the install. Sam's installers were fast and clean. They did a very tidy install in my tight mechanical room - intakes & exhaust pipes are routed smartly and previously poor access is much improved. Thanks Sam, Saeed and Mo for your work!

Furnace repair
Prompt, very courteous service- had an unforeseen problem with the furnace and gave us all the options to proceed. Was very quick and efficient with the service. Will recommend!

Furnace repair
I call ed first thing and had a tech sam by 1230. Very professional and got my heat on right away. Great service will use this company again also a reasonable price

Furnace fail to start
Furnace cannot start last night. Called Climax this morning and they arrange professional tech went to my house at noon and find the problem immediately. motor is stucked due to water stains or something else. now my heating system works. excellent work!

Natural gas and water tank works
I called Climax as I had a natural gas leak problem. Sam was professional and gave he expert opinion on the matter. His team also changed our water tank. Sam followed up and came to check everything before he signed off on the papers. Very happy with their service. Price was reasonable as well.

Tankless Hot Water Purchase and Installation
Sam, from Climax Air Conditioning, was very helpful and patient in recommending the right model to match our family and home usage. He has a customer service mindset. The install crew was fantastic. They were on time, the installation was professional and, best of all, cleaned up after themselves and removed the old water tank without scratching the basement walls. Sam was able to provide a higher model at a much cheaper price than EnerCare... Including installation. 100% will send friends and families his way.

Repaired Air Conditioning Unit
Our air conditioning unit stopped working all of a sudden. I called Climax due to all the positive reviews on Homestars and I definitely made the right decision. Sam came the next day, assessed and fixed the issue on site. His communication was great- called when he was on the way, was very knowledgeable and charged a fair price. I highly recommend this company!
