    Air conditioner wiring repair

    Sam arrived shortly after I called Climax Air Conditioning to request a technician to look at my furnace/AC issue. He was quick to identify and fix the issue with my AC unit. Prompt response, friendly service and a fair price. Highly recommended.

    Furnace installation

    They came on time, were attentive to what they did, patiently explainef how to work the smart thermostat which they installed, and left the place clean

    Boiler maintenance

    Sam is knowledgeable, thorough and the price was fair. As a property manager, it's always a pleasant shock to find a solid company that lives up to its reputation: provides expert service for considerably less than the competition.

    Replacement of on demand hot water heater

    When my existing unit died, Sam helped me select a new unit and arranged for installation in days. His installer went above and beyond to ensure it was done right - despite it taking 3 times longer than estimated. I got a very good price with no extra charges. I would recommend this company.

    Great personal service

    Sam treats you like you are his only customer. He was on the site personally several times - first to make his recommendations and later to oversee the work. His technicians were also top notch - knowledgeable, reliable and extremely pleasant. It was such a relief to find him after a bad experience with a better-known company. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs heating, air conditioning or, as in our case, both.

    Replacement of old gas funace with new energy efficien model

    Our old furnace had become unreliable and I was looking for a replacement. My house is currently rented out and I am a long distance from Toronto. Climax was very efficient in proposing a solution organizing and executing the installation while having to deal with both my renters and I. I found the process seamless, hassle free and the results very satisfactory.

    AC and Furnace Install

    Sam and his installers were very professional. He answered all my questions and was very informative. Installers arrived on time, installed the new furnace and AC perfectly, and left the house very clean. They also went the extra mile to with the details such as mounting the condenser on limestone gravel and sealing air leakage in all the new duct work with foil tape. Highly recommended!

    Central air conditioning unit replacement

    Sam and his team diagnosed the problem and were able to replace the AC unit quickly. We were pleased with the service and replacement. We’re back in business with cool AC.
