Honest and efficient. Sam confirmed there was nothing wrong with my aging system. And instead offered an inspection of both my AC and Furnace for preventative Maintenance. Appreciates his visit and would highly recommend.

Sam was quick to respond and was on site within a couple hrs. Diagnosed and solved the problem quickly. Would hire him again easily.

Sam spoke with me on the phone and helped diagnose the situation. We made an appointment, he arrived promptly and examined our hot water heater to identify the problem. He explained that the leak came from the relief valve, and he replaced it. When I described a second location where water was leaking from our humidifier, he inspected that too and recommended replacing the filter. I highly recommend his service.

Came in to check air conditioner as it was not working too well. Turns out it was over 35 years old and needed freon. Could no longer use freon so we settled on a new air conditioner. Took 9 1/2 hours to fully install. The two workers worked steady the whole time. Pd a deposit of $1000.00 cash for the new air conditioner. Once the job was completed I paid a further $3915.50 in cash. Total for the new air conditioner was $4915.50 paid. Received a call about a week later from Sam whom I paid the cash to, telling me I still owed $3915.50. I reminded him that I gave the cash to him directly and watched him count it out and he had signed the paperwork that the money was received, and the paperwork showed it was paid in full and had his signature on it. I guess he remembered as he said ok thank you and have a good day.

Sam came to visit right away and gave us an assessment. We wanted to replace a furnace that was still working but from the 1980s. We were advised, due to new venting practices, that we may want to replace our rented water heater, too. It made sense and we agreed to replace both. Ata came very soon after and quickly and neatly did the work. We're very happy with the results. The tankless water heater is amazing and we feel confident with the new furnace. Everyone was friendly, quick, and knowledgable. Very happy with the service and result. Highly recommended!
