I had some water around the base of my furnace. Sam was prompt to answer my call and came the same day. Problem found and furnace serviced. Sam was great to deal with and I will not hesitate to use his services again.

First time using this company . Service was excellent . and price was more than reasonable . Was able to restart pilot light that Enbridge could not restart. Service was prompt and very courteous. Sam was very helpful and was able to provide helpful information and tips about furnace and fireplace. I will certainly use this company for all future service requirements

I could not be happier with my experience with Climax Air Conditioning. I called them because the 25+ year old furnace in my newly purchased house broke down the day before we were supposed to move in. I was looking for a company that could install a new furnace ASAP, and thankfully Sam and his amazing installers came through. Sam came by to see the furnace and the installers were able to complete the entire furnace and AC installation the very next day! The installers were so kind and respectful, and one of them, Saeed, even showed me how to work my water heater! They are an honest and hard working crew. In the end, their work was high quality, customer service was the best I've seen in the industry so far, and the price was very fair. Two thumbs up!!

Fixed our tankless hot water heater for intermittent hot water supply. Sam verified the problem and cleaned up the 3 sensors instead of replacing them; which saves us money. He is very professional and provides valuable advices for maintenance.

I called for service around 11am this morning and Sam was here in less than 2 hours. He took a look at the furnace and right away found the problem. The ignitor was replaced and it's now up and running. Extremely patient and professional, Sam won't try to sell you new products. He answered all the questions I had with honesty. I appreciate his service, we'll be referring him to our family and friends.

Our furnance stopped working at about 11:50pm. I did google search, read many reviews, and decided to call Climax Air Conditioning. The next day I left msg to this company at about 7:45 am, Sam called me back at 8am.I told him our house was old, we need to get a new furnace. He arrived at my house in 45 minutes. He checked the furnace and told me the furnace was 3-year new. We don’t have to get a new furnance, we just need a new part. Sam got our furnance fixed in just a few minutes. Sam is such a highly efficient and honest and experienced professional. I would recommend him to whoever has a trouble with their heating and cooling system.

Sam was great. He assisted in explaining the problem and he did an excellent job! I would highly recommend.

We had a burnt rubber/plastic smell coming from our furnace so I quickly shut the furnace off. Sam came over in the morning and of course, the furnace ran fine. He checked the furnace over and assured me that everything was OK. I found him to be very personable and knowledgeable and would definitely call him for future work.

Sam promptly fixed my furnace the next day after I called late in the evening the day before. He was very professional and courteous. He was very honest and described the problem to me after diagnostics. Thank you Sam!
