Sam came over within a much shorter time frame than I had expected, was terrific professional and completed the job and got us up and running again! Everything works great

My 90 year old Dad’s furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days in January. We were desperate to find someone to repair or replace it as quickly as possible. We looked at all the reviews and we decided to go with Climax. We are so glad we did! We immediately got a call from Sam who instructed us on what to do in the meantime to keep some heat on until he came. It worked! Sam came out very quickly and we discussed the options. The furnace was old and we needed to replace it. He gave us a very competitive price and installed it very quickly. We cannot express our gratitude! Sam is prompt, reliable, knowledgeable, honest, thorough and courteous. It is so refreshing to meet someone of his caliber these days. He is a true professional and goes above and beyond! We have dealt with various companies over the years, but this is truly the best experience we have had to date! We highly recommend Climax! Thank you Sam for everything!

Sam arrived on time. He was very polite and got right to work. He diagnosed and fixed my furnace in 30 minutes. Great guy, highly recommend.

My furnace broken down so I called Enercare. Big mistake! After 3 days of back and forth - from 'consultant' to technician, and their head office call centre, no end in sight, I called Sam at Climax. It was a Saturday and snowing like crazy but Sam did not hesitate to do a call. He was super knowledgeable, quick and fixed my furnace (within 2 hours of my call!). His prices were great and he explained everything. EXCELLENT SERVICE. I will never call Enercare or anyone else again.

My furnace gave up on a cold Sunday morning on a long weekend. It turned out the igniter needed to be replaced. Sam showed up a couple of hours after my emergency call and promptly fixed the issue! Very happy with the service!

Sam completed the maintenance on our furnace and provided an assessment on the overall condition of the unit with recommendations as to how to improve heating efficiency in our home and prolong the life of the existing furnace. The service was prompt, thorough and the assessment communicated in a thoughtful and clear manner.

Our furnace, which had operated without issue for the past 12 years, began to shut down unexpectedly. Although we’d managed to get it running for about a week, it shut down again and woudn’t restart. With the temperature in our house dropping in the middle of winter on a Sunday night, we needed someone to come quickly. Based on the strength of their reviews, we decided to try Climax Air Conditioning—and we’re really glad we did! Sam (the company owner and a technician) was at the house within an hour of our having reached him. He was friendly, professional and courteous, and put protective covers on his shoes to keep our home clean. Once he inspected the furnace, he traced the issue to a sensor that needed cleaning. As soon as that was done, the furnace was quickly running again. Sam patiently explained some important points about furnace and humidifier operation and maintenance, and charged us only for the work that was required—which matched the reasonable fee that he quoted on the phone. We’re incredibly impressed with Sam’s honesty and quality of service, and appreciate how quickly he came to our house. Needless to say, we highly recommend Climax Air Conditioning and will use them for any future related services.

Called to request a next day service appointment for my parent's furnace. Spoke with Sam and he arrived the next day as scheduled. Very professional, knowledgeable and meticulous in diagnosing the issue. My parent's furnace is now back up and running at their desired temperature without 'short cycling' on what has been one of the coldest weeks this winter... Would definitely call him again for any further issues and also highly recommend.
