I called Climax late in the evening and Sam showed up not long after to diagnose my struggling furnace. Sam was very professional and quickly managed to diagnose the issue. Luckily it was a quick fix that did not incur a great expense. Sam helpfully shared a few tips and advice before he left. I will definitely call him again in the future if we have any other issues with our furnace.

My furnace stopped working on the coldest weekend. I looked up "furnace repair near me" and called Climax Air Conditioning on Saturday morning. Sam assisted me on the phone then performed the work by 5:30 PM. I am very satisfied with the company's promptness and professionalism, and highly recommend their services.

I had a water heater problem, called Climax and Sam took the call. He spent a fair amount of time trying to resolve the issue with me on the phone. And with his help, I finally figured the problem out without him even coming to my house and fixed the problem myself. I have NEVER EVER received direct instructions from any company to fix something WITHOUT PAYING first. Sam's service level was really on a LEVEL ABOVE any company I have ever dealt with. Usually companies will have an admin person, tell you they need to charge a diagnostic fee and then charge you for the repair. But with Sam he was doing the diagnostic right there on the spot with me on the phone!! Spending his time without even asking for payment first. You can really tell he wants to help people instead of just focusing on money. This is the most important characteristic of a top notch company. A company you can trust to not gouge your pockets but instead takes their time to help you on resolving your issues. The least I can do is give him this raving review. Guys and Gals go with Climax Air Conditioning, you will not be disappointed by the level of incredible service.

Sam came quickly in busy season. Fixed the problem in 5 minutes. A year ago someone my wife dealt with was supposed to be back the next day with $800 in work to do on our furnace. That night I flicked the furnace off and back on and it worked. I asked wife what they were fixing and she didn’t know so I cancelled them. It worked for a year. And just recently it had been acting up. I’m happy this reviews app exists! It’s keeping people honest and it is rewarding honest contractors. Thanks sam. FYI- potential clients: Go easy on the phone calls and texts to him. He is coming and he will fix it honestly.

I called Climax Air Conditioning and spoke to Sam on December 3 around 630pm as my furnace stopped working. Sam was prompt and arrived at my house within 1 hour. Sam right away realized that the motor of the furnace was broken so he ordered a new motor for me and replaced the motor the next day. Sam is very professional and took only ten minute to replace the motor. I can’t thank him enough for his quick service as the tempature was -5 and it was unbearable without heat inside the house. Will definitely recommend to my friends!
