Climate Air Conditioning was a fast and friendly service, had it solved within 30mins. Very professional and polite. Up front with cost and timing.

The fan on our hvac unit in our condo stopped working. I called Climax and they came the next day with the part to replace it. Sam came, was very polite and friendly and had our problem fixed in 30 minutes. We had a great experience and would call Sam again in a heartbeat.

Our furnace would only run for a few minutes before it shut down completely. After reading great reviews about Climax on Homestars, I put out a call to them. Sam came by the same day and had us up and running in a few minutes. He showed us that the blower relay was faulty and suggested the control board should be replaced. Since the fan could be started manually, Sam told us we could choose to save the cost of a new control board replacement by simply starting up the fan manually. This would let the furnace run without interruption. We opted to replace the control board. Sam ordered us a control board and was back the next day to install it. He also gave us some maintenance tips to keep the furnace running efficiently. Sam provides excellent and courteous service. Bravo Sam!

Sam found we had a bad motor. He ordered the part and returned next day to replace it. Fast, prompt, and the cost was lower than I expected. Two thumbs up!

Sam from Climax cleans my furnace and is always on time, courteous and very conscientious. After his most recent cleaning of the furnace, I phoned to tell him my gas fireplace wasn't working because the pilot light wouldn't ignite. Rather than charge me for a service call, he told me to check the batteries inside the firebox to see if they needed to be changed. He was right, the problem was the batteries. I called him back to thank him and he was glad it worked because he hates to charge people money if it's something simple like a battery that they can fix themselves. I doubt anyone else would have been as helpful as him in order to save me money. He will be the first person I call for service on my furnace, air conditioning, water heater and gas fireplace.

My furnace didn’t turn on and Sam was doing a great job on explaining the issue and fixed it. The cost is very decent. Climax air is definitely the company I will call for any furnace and AC needs in the future

Our water heater failed and I reached Sam by phone (after he was recommended by the manufacturer and HomeStars). He was able to walk me through a reset and to diagnose the problem over the phone. This bought us time -- and hot showers -- while we took a couple of days to arrange for a part replacement visit. He was professional and efficient.

Humidifier leak! Sam came right away and fixed the problem. He didn’t try to sell anything else just quickly got to root if the problem. Very polite and friendly service!
