My A/C broke down over the weekend. Sam was able to make it on Sunday to diagnose the issue and fixed it by Monday. Sam was extremely professional and helpful throughout and his attention to detail and quality of work really impressed me. I would definitely recommend Climax Airconditioning to anyone who’s looking for top quality work and price.

My air conditioning was making a loud noise and it ended up our condensation pump was broken. Sam came the same day I called (!) and fixed it without any delay or hassle. I will definitely use him and his company again.

This is the second time I called Sam in to service our furnace/ac and tankless hot water heater and our gas fireplace. I would never go back to anyone else after being treated, once again with complete honesty, transparency, openness and efficiency. Sam’s goal is not only to provide excellent service, in the maintenance of all heating and a/c equipment, but to be careful to give a fair and honest explanation to the customer of what needs to be done and why, and what does not need to be done and why. Sam has a sense of obligation to treat others the way he would like to be treated as a customer. It’s refreshing to be treated with such respect. How many companies do you know that look at the possible work to be done from the viewpoint of the customer to make sure every dollar is spent wisely? I recommend Sam very highly, as someone who will do a terrific job at a very honest and reasonable price. He is the best I have ever encountered in 30 years! Trust Sam. I’m glad I did!

First time customer and was impressed with Sam's level of integrity and honesty in his work. He investigated and did the repair and he was honest that it is temporary fix to the blinking thermostat and tank has to replaced. He made a recommendation and was not pushing like other technicians. Highly recommended and indeed the company deserves 5 stars.

Sam was so busy that day but he promised me that he will show up even after work hours. He visit me about 8 pm and even he had the part in his van and fixed my AC in 15 mins and charged me whatever he told me on phone even not a penny extra. I appreciate his perfect job.

Our air conditioner was making a grinding noise, so we put in a call. Sam was here inside two hours, diagnosed the issue (faulty valve) instantly, took time to explain how the part worked and any possible problems that might arise in connected parts, and had a replacement valve on hand. Friendly, affordable, and overall a really positive experience.
