Great work was done. The heater was replcaed in no time. The worker was very friendly and gave me a good understanding of the situation. The unit is now replaced and i really hope the hot water works. Thank you for your amazing service Sam.

Our air conditioner unit stopped working and I was looking for a technician on homestars to come and fix it. I called multiple companies but none were servicing Condo apartments. Luckily Climax Air Conditioning do service Condo units and Sam made an effort to come over the same day late in the evening. He identified and fixed the problem quickly and also explained to us how to avoid it in the future. We were very happy with the service.

Sam was very helpful, so glad I connected with him. My A/C stopped blowing cool air out of the vents. My air conditioner stop working on the long weekend. Sam was able to come on the holiday and help me out. Capacitor was changed but unit was still not working and he figured the fan motor needed to be replaced as well. Came by the next day with the new part but realized all that was needed was a new circuit board that blew. One word about Sam...Honest! He could've went ahead and charged me for the fan motor (which I didn't need) but only charged me for the circuit board. If you're looking for an honest company with reasonable prices look no further.
