Sam is extremely professional and highly skilled. The best part is he really cares for the customers and goes way overboard to check out everything for you. For my case, he not only replaced my AC’s actuator valve, he also cleaned up the dirty filters, went through a thorough check. When we figured the AC is not cooling enough because the plant isn’ t sending enough water cooling and there isn’t anything else he can do, he still spent over 30 minutes to make sure there are no other issues. Aside from that, he also gave me a year warranty. I really feel he is the best AC repairman I’ve ever seen. I would strongly recommend him to all my friends.

Sam came in a timely fashion with no aggravating 4 hr window wait time. He came within 1. 5 hrs and unblocked the drainage tube from my air con which caused a major leak in my basement. he also checked the filter and the Air con unit and found very low refrigerant which he topped up at a very reasonable price Highly recommend this service without hesitation.
