    Air conditioning maintenance

    Sam was so good at explaining the issues we had with the hose and condensation for the air conditioning. He cleaned and check what he had, and gave us advice on filters and humidifier unit as well. Great service

    Fixed the air conditioner

    Mr Sam was exceptionally talented in his skill sets to fix my AC at a. Wet reasonable cost. I would recommend him anytime

    The Blower motor and control Panel for air conditioner was replaced at my condo

    Technician came same day I called and told me what was the problem. Order was placed same day for new motor and control panel, and day later was picked up by technician and installed. Now everything working like new:) very happy and want to say thank u Sam:) was very nice to meet u:)

    A/C condominium

    I had a great experience with Climax Air Conditioning. My A/C wasn't working and from the moment I called and spoke to Sam he was very pleasant and quick to come fix my problem. It has been very hot and with a small baby I'm happy to say my A/C is now fixed!

    Air conditioner stopped working on the hottest day this spring

    Diagnosis was done Just needed a new capacitor - meaning that they only did the work needed. No sales pitch for extras Arrived as promised... 45 minutes

    HVAC, condo apartment air conditioning system

    HVAC was not working and the unit was hot. My tenant was complaining about the temperature inside the unit. It is a busy time for HVAC technicians but this gentleman understood our situation and arranged a time to quickly visit the unit and fix the system for my tenant. I called him on Thursday and the job was done on Friday at a very reasonable price.

    HVAC repair in condo

    the technician came over on time, was well equipped, clean, friendly, patient, skilled and knowledgeable. fixed my HVAC wiring issue. he was careful in the process and paid attention to details.

    Condo Air Conditioner Repair

    My fan coil stopped working in my condo. Sam was able to come out and repair it very quickly. The whole process was smooth and easy. It's great to have AC before the summer heat.
