I called them this morning and they said a technician is coming in 2 hours, but Sam the technician came an hour ahead of the said time. Sam did a good job for me. I will recommand this company that are very professional. As a customer I give this company good credits.I had great experience of this company and Sam the technician. came on on time, friendly and very professional on the job he did. I am happy and would definitely recommand services of this company.

Tech was very knowledgeable and professional. He ordered the defective part and once the part was ready he setup the time convenient for us and got the work done.

When our air conditioning broke in the middle of a heatwave recently, we were frantic to try and fix it as we had a newborn baby who could not safely stay in an overheated house. After trying multiple other routes, we were quickly able to get help from Climax - Sam, the on-call technician, was kind and reassuring, and arrived within a couple of hours to repair our system, getting the AC back running. We were so grateful for his excellent and timely help- thank you!

We had an on going issue with our air conditioner. The unit made an intermittent grinding noise and the house wasn’t being cooled properly. We called Climax air conditioning. Sam came out and diagnosed the problem as a compressor issue. He fixed this and the noise has stopped and the house is nice and cool. Highly recommend this company. Prompt, polite, courteous service. Will definitely use Climax agin for any HVAC issue that arise.

We placed a call to Sam from Climax Air on May 26th. My husband spoke to Sam and described our problem over the phone. Our AC unit fan was working but no cold air was blowing in through the registers. Sam and his colleague came to our home first thing on Sunday morning and quickly diagnosed the problem. Our unit was low on refrigerant and the blower inside our furnace was malfunctioning. This was causing the air to not blow up through the vents. He provided us an estimate for what the replacement part would cost and told us he would call first thing on Monday to let us know that actual cost of the part prior to purchasing it. He had estimated the part would cost around $3-400 dollars. He messaged me first thing Monday as promised once he knew the cost of the part which turned out to be less than estimated ($260). We told him to purchase the part. Sam arrived at our home first thing on May 29th with the part. He performed an additional check of our refrigerant level and topped it up, completed the replacement of the blower motor, verified that the unit was working and that the temperature was going down by performing checks with a probe at our register. He provided some additional recommendations for how to ensure that our air handling system works efficiently. I would have no hesitation in contacting Climax air for any future repairs or troubleshooting needs. He was prompt, reliable and trustworthy and he came prepared to diagnose our problem and provide the necessary solution to why our central air system had failed.

Sam showed up over weekend on same day. Diagnosed issue quickly and resolved it within the hour. Amazing service. They looked at our other furnace as well and just checked the heating mode for fan malfunction. Needs replacement. Sam took info and ordered new fN component to he installed prior to heating season. Give Sam a call. He is with the very lite wait time I had to suffer through.....hahaha.

Climax Air serviced my AC and furnace and did a good job in assessing the issue and ensuring a resolution in an efficient manner. I would use Climax Air again.

The problem was the water all coming from under my furnness, The technician was very informed and the problem was a little complicated but he did all his best to fix the issue. This was my best experience in past few years. Thank you!

Sam and his partner showed up on same day on a Saturday. Diagnosis was efficient and effective. Realized ductmount smoke sensor locked out furnace. Required a quick reset. Totally satisfied. Check out fan issue with another furnace next door while at it. $150 and we were done in under an hour including made them espresso.
