Technician was great. The hot water heater was in a tight space and he was still able to solve the problem. Got my hot water up and running again.

Bought our house last summer and moved in during late fall. Turns out A/C was broken. Called ClimaxAir and Sam immediately picked up. After some diagnosis on the phone he told me he'd be there in 20 minutes!! This was at 8:45p in the evening! How's that for service eh?? Came over and was able to pin point the problem to a burnt out capacitor and had the spare part on hand. Whole service was finished promptly in less than an hour. Highly recommend Sam from ClimaxAir.

Furnace wasn't working properly - constantly shutting off and no hot air when it did blow. Called Sam on Monday and was available following day. Quickly diagnosed the problem and unclogged the piping - no parts required. Charged a regular service call. Sam was nice and courteous so highly recommend and will use again in the future.
