Called Sam on Monday as my furnace got red tagged as the heat exchanger on my furnace had cracks as it was around 20yrs old. I searched here and seen that his reputation looked solid so I choose them to do the work in my home. Sam was super responsive and took on the job and sent out his team the very next day. They took out the old furnace and installed the new within 3-4hrs which I felt was pretty awesome. They worked very well and everything immaculate and clean during and after the installation. They use good products to install like Lennox but have many other brands that you might want. Furnace works amazing so far and the work was clean. Would definitely recommend this team for your projects and am going to call them for my next future project. Also they provided us with financing making this project absolutely affordable and easy to apply. Just a big thank you to Sam and the 2 technicians that came to install the furnace yesterday. Would recommend for any Heating and Air conditioning services needed in your home. Thank you.

Amazing service. Furnace had trouble starting heat. Sam came the day of contact, and fixed the issue right away. Had a bit of rust problem, cleaned that up and checked the furnace until it started heating. Definitely recommend.

I had a Carrier Infinity furnace showing a malfunction message and it wouldn't kick in. I called Climax Heating and Air Conditioning at 9 AM, and by 10:30 AM, Sam was at our home. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained it to me in a clear and understandable way, and even suggested some simple maintenance tips to help extend the life of the system. This wasn't my first time using their services; I had previously called them for a tankless water heater repair, and because of the great experience I had, I didn't hesitate to call them again. Sam is very professional, punctual, and always puts his clients interests first. Their pricing is also very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Will definitely be hiring Climax again for future jobs. They were available within a few hours on the weekend when my extremely old furnace started acting up. They fixed it quickly and took the time to explain the pros and cons of the different options I had in order to upgrade my very old furnace. The installation of the furnace went smoothly and took a morning to do. The technicians tidied up after themselves very well too.

Sam is amazing! So prompt and diagnosed/fixed our problem in 15 minutes. Very fair price and his work was impeccable. We have our air conditioning working again!

Our air conditioner stopped working, and we were hoping it would've been a simple repair. The owner Sam came out to diagnose the issue. At first he thought only the capacitor needed to be replaced. But on closer inspection he saw refrigerant was leaking. His recommendation was not to waste money on a temporary fix that would need to be addressed again next year. He advised it was best to replace with a new high-efficiency unit and also spend a little extra on a new, bigger coil for better air flow. We put our trust in him, and believe his advice was wise. The next day, 2 of his technicians came to do the installation. The techs and Sam are professional and courteous. I recommend this company and would not hesitate to call on them again for HVAC services. Thank you Sam.

We called Saturday morning about water pooling under our furnace. I was given a same day time slot. Our technician Sam was great. We called us mid afternoon with a more up to date time for his arrival. He was friendly and efficient. Our problem was fixed without too much trouble and he was on his way in under 30 minutes. I will definitely use their services again.
