I have on and off hot water issue in my house. I have this REEM tankless boiler for 4 yrs. now, and we were satisfied and happy until this winter this year starts giving us on and off hot water. i called reliance 5 times and 5 differrent came over to check. They tried everything to solve the problem. They cleaned the filter, they changed the neutralizer for error 92 and the rest of the guys telling me its a plumbing issue. But they cannot tell me excactly what to do. I was feeling helpless because they always said there is no problem with the unit. I'm almost wanna give up and i decided to call reliance again and shows my disappointment. They told me that they are very sorry to hear my story and promised they'll send another technician. Finally this guy named SAM came, ask me questions, he called technical support to ask the required water pressure to this unit. From that point i was impressed and amazed thought that this guy knows what he's doing! He goes arround check connection of pipes ask me to open couple of foucets. And boom! He told me the problem, and explained me clearly well. It was check valve and flow peventer connected to my furnace. This guy has skill and knowledge to diagnose the problem that i didn't see from the 5 guys who came before him!.. Thank you for your service!

We realized in late evening that our furnace wasn’t working. Sam showed up very quickly and fixed our furnace within minutes. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for heating and cooling services.

We had a problem with our condo air conditioner. Sam came in, and quickly figured out that the actuator valve within the unit was broken. He had a replacement piece in his truck. Within 20 minutes of showing up, he had our unit fixed and running properly. We highly recommend him.

Being a holiday I was unsure if I would be able to get my tank fixed that same day. Within a couple of hours he was here ready to work. I get fairly nervous when appliances break down, but Sam explained what he saw very calmly and simply. Any concerns and questions I had were answered immediately; Sam is very pleasant to deal with. It's nice to know there is a person/company you can rely on for prompt and trustworthy service. He was really nice to my dog, which is also great. I will definitely be calling again if I need any repairs in the future. :)

Our furnace was not working properly, even tho everything was fine with it. Sam from Climax figured out it was a defective part that was stopping the furnace from working properly, he was able to figure out the error code and promptly ordered us the right part which was only available in the States. As soon as the part came in, he quickly came to install it. Sam was very professional, extremely competent and a pleasure to deal with. The furnace is a rental and it was at no cost to us, we are very happy with the service we received from Climax (Sam).
