I highly recommend Climax Heating and Air CondItionimg. Their timely responsiveness both times was incredible. Sam is very professional. Reasonably priced. Price includes Service call and parts for my furnace.

Had an issue with my condo fan coil unit. Sam was prompt, polite, and professional. Arrived early, and was able to fix my unit promptly. Will call again for future issues.

I am very happy with the quality of service provided by Climax Air Conditioning. Sam was friendly and courteous and carried out the maintenance work efficiently and thoroughly. He explained clearly what he was doing along the way and, when he was finished, provided valuable advice on ongoing maintenance. For these reasons I will certainly contact Climax Air Conditioning for my next annual heat pump maintenance check.

Sam was prompt, professional and highly skilled. He arrived earlier than expected, and upon arrival he diagnosed the problem immediately and provided a solution for us. We are now waiting for the part and Sam has assured us that this will be fixed today. Great service!

We are very statisfied with the service. Our heating system was fixed in less than an hour. The technician explains the problem and the possible options very clearly. Very flexible schedule, available in the evening. They managed to get replacement parts for our old heating system in one day. Very professional, very reasonable cost. Highly recommend them.

Hot water heater wasn't working properly- we had several different repair guys come in and none of them could figure out what the problem was. When Sam came in he knew what the problem was right away and fixed it within a half hour. Couldn't have been better.

My hot water tank was cooling down and not hot enough during usage.... the technician came and adjusted the temperature as well as taught us how to use and read the hot water tank .. thank you so very much
