We had neglected to clean our furnace for a few years and started having some issues with the furnace blowing cold air. We called Sam and he came the same day to diagnose the problem. He showed us all the dust that had accumulated in the furnace and stressed the importance of having the furnace maintained and cleaned every year. He did a great job of cleaning the furnace and determined that 2 components of the furnace needed to be replaced. Since the furnace was still under warranty, Sam was able to pick up the parts and replace them by 11am the next morning. He was polite, punctual and efficient. We will definitely be calling him annually to clean and maintain our furnace!

Climax representative serviced two tankless water heaters taking the time to clearly explained the process and expected results which proved to be excellent. The heating elements were descaled resulting in once again, fast hot water throughout the home.

I called Climax to commence an annual servicing at a brand new condo (as required by the building contract). Sam was well spoken, thoughtful and went about his work efficiently and cleanly. He advised me what he was doing at each step and showed me quite a bit of construction debris which has been left inside the brand new unit. I was gratified he caught this issue before it migrated to piping where it could have created quite a lot of expensive damage. I will definitely be calling this Climax again next year for service.

My Navien hot water boiler had failed and a previous technician was unable to repair it. Sam responded promptly, dealt well with Navien and was able to resolve the problem over 2 visits, one late in the evening. After 3 weeks without hot water this was a real pleasure. Pleasant efficient manner throughout. Would definitely request further service from this company.

Sam fixed the furnace like magic. We could not be happier about his professionalism and service provided. Sam was on time, clearly explained all the issues and fixed them. He was so polite and helpful we would recommend him to everyone.

Very professional and polite - Sam explained the issue(s) and we discussed the various options. The quote was upheld - it was the amount that I paid (there were two important furnace parts replaced, plus labour). The service was fast and efficient - I have already recommended Sam and Climax Air Conditioning to a couple of people.

Had an a/c leak that required immediate attention and Sam was able to come and take care of it for us on a Sunday night. Quick and easy communication. Honest with his appraisal, and worked quickly, cleanly, and explained what he was doing and what he was seeing every step of the way. Best part of all is that he was able to come on short notice within a couple of hours. A pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend to anyone!
