Improperly functioning fan coil unit in my condo. Sam came over at the agreed upon time during the 2 hr window stated when the appt was made. Assessed the unit and took great care to find the issue and the full and proper solution. Replaced the thermostat quickly and performed multiple checks to ensure the issue was resolved. Very professional all around. He even took the time to explain how the entire unit works and what to look for in the future. Of note the contractor my building gets to do a semi annual check on the fan coil diagnosed the issue incorrectly which would have resulted in wasted money had not Sam took a detailed further look. Really appreciate this type of high quality level and ethical service.

I made a call on a Friday afternoon before a long weekend when our system was not working at all. Not only did they show up shortly after I called but they were able to fix the problem right away and show me how to avoid it in the future!

Our AC died one night, in the middle of a heat wave. I called Climax Air Conditioning at 8am, expecting to have to wait days for a service call. Sam came before noon that day! He is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He diagnosed our problem, had the necessary replacement part in his car, and had it installed in under 10 minutes. Our AC was back up and running at a reasonable cost ... I felt so relieved that we didn't have to buy a brand new one! Sam, you're a lifesaver!! I highly recommend Climax Air Conditioning.

Sam came by to do some regular furnace maintenance. He was prompt, courteous, and respectful of the home. He cleaned the cabinet, the flame sensor, flushed condensate tubes, adjusted the gas pressure, tested switches, and ensured that the furnace was operating smoothly. All of this was done in an efficient manner. I would not hesitate to call him again next year.
