Sam fixed the Fan coil thermostat that is in our condo. Multiple other experts and the condo themselves said it could not be done but it is working perfectly now! Could not be happier with the service!!!

I am very impressed with the excellent service that they did for me. My water heater was broken. Their technician came and perfessionally repaired all the parts.He was very high experienced and organized. I am absolutely satisfied with their services and recommend them to all of my friends.

Our furnace just stopped working tonight on one of the coldest nights of the winter. So I found Climax Air Conditioning via Google search and called. Sam who answered the call said they were fully booked until tomorrow, I was concerned with heat to get us thru the night. Sam was awesome! he explained to me how to troubleshoot some basic things and within minutes the furnace was up and running! Sam from Scarborough Climax AC your the best. seriously.

I had a Climax Air Conditioning employee come over to check out my broken air conditioner one day. He took a thorough diagnosis of the problem and promised to come back a week from our meet up date to fix the pending issue. He did not have the tool he needed tools which was alright, I trusted him and he did come exactly one week after and fixed he problem shortly after. I am very pleased with his professional service and how he managed the situation in a very timely fashion.

We came into our office early Monday morning to find the furnace not working. Once we called Climax Air Conditioning they came to the office to inspect the furnace by mid morning. They expedited our service call, ordered the part and solved the problem early the next morning once the part arrived. Not only was the customer service outstanding they are very affordable and informative. We highly recommend Climax Air Conditions and will definitely use them again.

Yesterday we woke up with no hot water from our tankless water heater. We quickly searched Homestars, as is our usual practice, and came across Climax Air Conditioning as a top rated company in this field. Within 5 - 6 hours, the problem was fully solved, as Sam prioritized attention to customer service, kept totally in touch with us as to his schedule and arrived promptly, as promised. He professionally analyzed and assessed the problem, remedied the situation and explained what had gone wrong. We trusted Sam and Homestars and it paid off again....excellent, courteous, knowledgeable service with a friendly touch! We look forward to using this company again for future furnace and a/c maintenance.

During the summer water was leaking from the base of the furnace and I realized I needed a new condensation pump. Nobody would come over to the house to install one right away except for Sam from Climax. He was prompt, informative, polite and installed a new pump at the price he quoted me. A couple hours later I noticed more water leaking and Sam came right over again free of charge and fixed a blocked tube in the furnace that was causing this additional leakage. Again, he came back right away and fixed this other problem for free. I called him a couple months later to clean the furnace which he did conscientiously. I've also called him on the phone just to ask him advice on how to keep the whole house warm by making sure the air was circulating properly. He stopped what he was doing and patiently and reassuringly answered my questions. I recommend Climax strongly and will use Sam from now on for all my heating and air conditioning concerns.
