    Furnace repair

    Called on a Sunday morning in late October and they came the same day and diagnosed the issue in minutes. I got a rough estimate of the replacement part cost and a promise to check on the part's availability the next day. They came on Monday with the part and my heat was back. Would not hesitate to recommend.

    Excellent service

    I used this company to service my water heater tank and Sam was absolutely professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and did an excellent job. I would recommend this company to anyone requiring service for their home HVAC system.

    Tankless water heater

    Climax air was the second company I had come and take a look at my tankless water heater. The first company was not very knowledgeable and was trying to learn the system as they went along. I eventually had to cancel the service. Sam from Climax Air was great. He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided recommendations. When dealing with tankless water heaters, it is important to have a qualified technician troubleshoot the problem. Otherwise you are just paying for someone to learn as they go. I would highly recommend Sam.

    Condo Heat Pump Repair

    I would definitely recommend this business for being honest, reasonable and the ease in which it was to work with them. I had an issue with my condo heat pump and Sam came on time, showed me the exact issue, ended up having the part on hand to repair, and tested it to ensure it was running perfectly for under $200. If you want to get your problem fixed fast, deal with amazing people and be treated fairly I would highly recommend choosing Climax Air.

    Air Conditioner Trouble Shooting

    Sam is great. He was very approachable and informative at the time I called. He give me the estimated time of arrive (the same day I called) and he arrived as expected. Sam quickly found out what problem was with my AC and figured out everything for me. Sam is very reliable and knowledgeable. I will definitely have Sam to do my HVAC maintenance going forward.

    replaced gas control valve on water heater

    The gas control valve on our water heater failed and we had no hot water. Climax Air Conditioning showed up within an hour of our call, they had the replacement part, they confirmed that the cost of the replacement part was still covered by manufacturer's warranty, and rapidly installed the replacement. Very professional.

    Air conditioner

    For the past month we have had chronic problems with our central AC. With such a humid and hot summer having AC is very important. Sam came to see us a few hours after our each call (4 in total). I would highly recommend Sam for his workmanship and professionalism. Jon and Lisa

    A/C/Heatiing service

    I contacted the company for an annual A/C-heating maintenance service. Sam was very polite and he was on time. He did a detailed job checking and cleaning the unit. He was knowledgeable and answer to all my questions.

    Air Conditioning Repair

    We called Climax Air Conditioning on an emergency air conditioning issue we had two days ago - essentially ours is an older unit and was not blowing out cold air. Sam came over within several hours of making the call - from start to end his service quality was excellent. He tried to troubleshoot the issue over the phone and narrowed down the issue down to two possibilities. He was transparent with approximate costs. Overall, very quick, knowledgeable and professional service provided by Sam. I would not hesitate to recommended Climax Air Conditioning to others - I will surely utilize them again. Thank-you Sam!
