    Leaky Air Conditioner and Furnace Maintenance

    Called on a Sunday morning and was surprised for someone to actually answer the phone. He came by within a couple of hours. Showed me what he was doing and gave me advice on maintenance. Very personable and knowledgable individual.

    Hot Water Heater repair

    Had problems with my hot water heaters. Called Climax Air and described problems. Sam, the person I chatted with knew at once what the issues were and came the same day to fix. They also recommended some preventative work, which would hopefully save future problems. Very refreshing to do business with a company and individuals that actually know and understand the products they sell / support. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient guys!!!

    Air Conditioning

    Today I came home to a sweltering hot condo. I contacted Climax Air Conditioning and they were able to schedule an appointment witching a couple of hours. Sam did an exceptional job fixing my fan coil in my condo. His service was quick and efficient. Thank you!

    Air conditioning/ heating repair and service.

    Amazing service! Sam from climax not only fixed my AC unit the same day but also identified a blockage which others had missed on past service calls. He was very polite, fast and explained well what and why he was doing to my ac unit. I was very satisfied with the service and the price.

    Condo fan coil repair

    Navien Thankless highwater repair

    Sam did a great job diagnosing and narrowing down the likely issue. Was curious, punctual, and cost efficient. Most of all Honest -- saved us a lot of headaches and repaired or unit quickly.

    Tankless water and heating system

    We have had many technicians from Reliance come out to attempt to fix our heating and hot water issues. Every technician that came had a temporary solution and no knowledge of the 'top of the line' system provided by Reliance. Sam was the only competent individual who understood this system. More over Sam cared enough about our heating problems that he came even at midnight to help us and followed up the next day to make sure we were doing well. I would highly recommend Sam and his company to everyone.

    Hot water tank fixing

    Recently purchased a hot water tank instead of renting one (which everyone should do! Renting is such a scam!). A few weeks after the install (from Lowes) the tank stopped working. I called the manufacturer of the tank and they connected with Climax Air Conditioning to fix it. Turns out it was a simple adjustment they needed to be done. Couldn't be happier! Quick and courteous service. If you're looking for anything to do with a hot water tank, furnace, etc, be sure to give Climax a call. You'll be glad you did!
