I needed to install sprayer faucets in couple of bathrooms. I had someone do it for free however it leaked due to condensation. Mr Rooter guys investigated and found the root cause just as soon as they looked at the setup. They advised what pipes needed to be changed, etc. Luckily home depot was right next to my house.. I bought these parts and they installed it for me. It hasn't leaked since! great work.

First rate from start to finish. Replaced 42 feet of old (59 years) crumbling root filled asbestos drain pipe which was causing backup through a basement drain resulting in foul odours and likely future water damage. Mr. Rooter sent Robert , a plumbing technician, within a hour, who diagnosed the problem and got the water flowing again. He carefully explained various long term solutions. We decided to replace the old drain pipe. He organized the work to be done and in one day it was completed including a thorough cleanup. The 4 on site workers willingly explained all that was being done. They were a hard working knowledgable group of men. We would definitely use Mr. Rooter again

Neil from Mr rooter came, diagnosed the problem, ran the snake through, cleared the drain. Very quick service, pleasant gentleman. Very clean job. Not a simple job, I tried to do it myself.

We noticed that the faucet in our kitchen was making a "grinding" noise when we moved it sideways, and small rust flakes were visible under the sink. Our Mr. Rooter plumber (Andrew G) quickly determined the problem was a corroded faucet stem, and also notified us of a problem with the plumbing for the sink and dishwasher. The previous owner of our home cut corners on the plumbing in a few areas of our home. We decided to replace the faucet (bought it ourselves), and have the sink and dishwasher plumbing replaced. Our plumber did a fantastic job, and performed a free inspection of the plumbing throughout the home. All in all, we were very pleased with the quality and professionalism of our Mr. Rooter plumber, and would definitely recommend them to our family and friends!

Wednesday, January-09-13 We recently had a blockage in our sewer line. We called Mr. Rooter and they located the blockage on City property. The blockage was only partially cleared due to the severity of the root growth and other factors. We were not charged for this and Mr. Rooter suggested we go to the City for an excavation to repair the pipe. Mr. Rooter could have easily suggested they perform the work, and consequently reap the profits, but they didn’t. This kind of “Customer Centric Focus” is rare today. I commend Mr. Rooter on their honesty and sound business practices. As it turned out, the City refused to take ownership of the responsibility, despite the evidence produced. I have since found this is not uncommon. We called Mr. Rooter and they immediately came out and repaired the system. Their pricing was fair and we received a 25 year guarantee on their work. Previous plumbing contractors had given us “No Guarantee” whatsoever! Don’t shop plumbing problems on price alone. Many times the lowest price is the most expensive! Had a leak under my kitchen sink, Andrew and his partner showed up within an hour of calling and fixed the problem in no time. Also fixed a problem with copper piping running to my fridge and replaced all the parts to one of my toilets which was not performing properly. Everything works perfectly now. They cleaned up everything and left the place looking better than when they arrived. Would highly recommend to anyone.

So our basement started leaking and we had to tear the wall apart to find a tiny leak. Mr Rooter came by (well a plumber) and fixed it and another problem we had and did an amazing job! The price was a bit more then others quoted but you rather have the job done right! Was very professional and kind. Even got a thank you card a few weeks later!

Les was very thorough, and really seemed to care about the jobs he did for us. He was very nice and explained everything that he did All the new work is working the way that it should...
