Recently we got a new washer. The house was not set up for a washer so Mr Rooter came to work on the taps and hoses. They wer timely and worked quickly. A small leak was discovered but they returned and fixed the problem.

I would highly recommend this service to anyone! Anthony is an excellent plumber who is very knowledgeable and very experienced in this field. Not only did he save us from a plumbing disaster, he saved us from a near-death situation! Upon entering our residence, he quickly recognized the smell of gas and immediately advised us to contact our gas provider. Sure enough, we had 2 gas leaks that could've been extremely detrimental to our household if not addressed. We are incredibly appreciative for the discovery and the helpful advice. Anthony was also thorough and efficient during the job, producing quality work and leaving us with helpful tips for proper maintenance. It was great to have hired someone so friendly and personable to take care of our plumbing issues. Thanks again Anthony, and Mr. Rooter!

We had clogs drains and a leaky faucet. All the problems were fixed quickly and professionally. We were very happy with the work. The service was friendly with both the plumbing technician and the appointment service.

I had recently found a leak in the basement ceiling. After Calling Mr. Rooter, their technician (Neil) arrived within the hour. He found that there was a pipe in the wall with a hole in it. This is what had been causing the leak. Not only did he fix the problem, he was very informative in regards to what was going on and left my place and clean as he found it. I would definitely use Mr. Rooter again. Thanks Neil!

I had received their service for the replacement of a faucet (kitchen sink). Their response time was excellent, their work was very clean, and their Technician (Neil) was very professional.

Mr. Rooter, GTA west, Anthony and Chris, they were great, good advice, on time, great job, main drain backing up in basement, came within hour, showed video, offered solution, came back and were one time!

Les as always was the true professional, called before arriving ( actually arrived earlier) ensure the work area was clean before he left ( ACTUALLY CLEANER THAN WHEN HE ARRIVED)

Once more, Anthony Petrauslus came to our rescue and thanks to God gor having given him an extra abundance of patience and professionalism!) My husband attempted to unclog the pedestal sink and, in the process, disassembled the pipe; it could not be reassembled correctly. I refused the offer for an estimate as, first, I had previously dealt with Anthony and trusted him to provide a fair cost and, secondly, it had to be done by a professional as neither my husband nor I were plumbers. At first glance, it appeared as easy work - Anthony hooked the pipe, sealing it appropriately; result = still clogged. Two more attempts using the snake (interrupted by testings, assembling + reassembling); still clogged. Anthony tried the "old fashioned method" before removing the sink (siliconed in by the contractor instead of using bolts + overtightned of the pipe had caused it to snap and was another source of leak ), no success. Anthony decides to try again with the snake as removing the sink would have done serious damages and he had no intention of leaving us in such a situation. Two more attempts and IT WORKED! He had worked so hard and long, I was expecting a minimum cost of $700-$800; not at all, it was $320 + tax. Anthony takes pride in his work and it shows; Mr Rooter could not have a better representative! I am so happy I had signed up for the Advantage Plan.

Serviceman was Leslie Malinski. He arrived on time, was very pleasant, and did a professional job. Was satisfied with his work. He cleaned up and gave good advice. Would use Mr. Rooter again.
