We have had Mr. Rooter on different occasions and have been very pleased with the through and quick service Mr. Rooter provides. The service technician, Chris Cochrane, was thoughtful, tidy and efficient. We had 4 different issues from leaky taps, clogs, tap replacement and all of our situations were handed with minimal mess and fuss. Chris was able to provide reasonable solutions to problems that occurred when repairing our shower. His willingness to get the job done, quickly and on time was definitely going the extra mile in my mind. I would not hesitate in recommending Mr. Rooter for whatever plumbing problems you might have.

After spending two days and $80 on supplies, my husband and I finally decided to call a plumber to fix our clogged drain. I called a number of friends for referrals and all they could refer me to were companies that they had been disappointed with. I called Mr. Rooter based on their Yellow Pages ad. They had someone here within the hour. Robert was knowledgeable, courteous, tidy, friendly and honest. He identified the problem quickly and let me know each step of the way what the cost was going to be. It turned out we had a BIG plumbing problem which he fixed and so far everything looks great. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter...especially Robert!

After using a 'home handyman' for years, he couldn't help with this blocked drain. I called Reno Canada for help; and Sam B. connected me to Mr.Rooter Plumbing. He came out in less than 2 hours and fixed it in 30 minutes. Then, at no charge, he also checked my other drains, pipes. All's well - we can shower again - and I know who to call next time ! Our bar sink in the basement kept getting backed up everytime we used our kitchen sink on the main floor. When we could not fix the problem ourselves, we decided to give Mr. Rooter a try. We have seen Mr. Rooter's vans in our neighbourhood, and figured they must be fairly reliable if our neighbours use them. Alex Myroniuk from Mr. Rooter came to the rescue. I found Alex to be very punctual and professional. He even wore smocks on his shoes when he entered our house. After investigating the problem, Alex's first recommendation was to perform a power wash of the main drain. However, this was not an option for us because we recently spent a lot of money finishing our basement. The last thing we wanted to do was to put a hole in our wall and spend more money fixing it. Alex listened to our concerns and respected our decision not to do the power cleaning. He suggested that we try "BioChoices", a pinky coloured liquid containing friendly bacteria which would eat away at the build-up of grease. BioChoices is poured into the kitchen drain and bar sink at night. After 8 hours, cold water is flushed down the drain. We tried several bottles, and the problem seemed to have improved. Then suddenly, the bar sink was backed-up again. We called Alex back a 2nd time. Again, Alex respected our decision not to break the wall. He tried snaking through the small drain from the bar sink. When there was no improvement, we realized that the problem was much bigger than what we thought. My husband and I finally relented to breaking the wall so that Alex can gain access to the main drain. Alex was careful to minimize any damage or mess. He laid a drop cloth on the floor and made a small hole in the wall. Using a camera, he was able to see the extent of the clog and then clear it with a larger snake. Finally, success! My husband and I were very impressed with Alex's professionalism. He listened to concerns and respected our decisions. He did not rush through the job. He worked diligently and continuously at our house for approximately 6 hours. But most of all, he made sure the job was done right. My husband and I are truly thankful for that. You're the best, Alex!

Tried to be a plumber but discovered that I can only handle washers etc and this required a pro. The company's response was prompt (within 2 hrs of call) and on a sunday and I needed back my water! Chris was extremely pleasant, very professional and worked quickly and very importantly! NEAT, he cleaned up after which is a first from any work done in our rental. He also helped me out with some advice on other stuff without a charge. He should be promoted. The only thing that is negative about Mr. Rooter (like all the big names) is the price. I found it expensive and wished I had been to plumbing school myself. But all round you get what you pay for and I got great, timely and professional service. Peter

My husband and I woke up Sunday morning to 2 inches of water below our kitchen sink. We called Mr. Rooter and even on a Sunday they sent a friendly, experienced plumber within an hour of our call! We thought the problem was a simple leak, however when Chris arrived we discovered the pipe crumbled in his hands. Fortunately Chris was able to fix the problem and and even cleaned my sink afterwards! In the future I would definitely call on his services again if needed and would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing to friends and family. Thanks Chris, you were great!

Great service. Mr Rooter had a technician to us within 1 hour and Chris was very friendly and competent. He found the problem quickly and replaced the faucet. He completed the job quickly and left the area spic and span. We would highly recommend both Chris and Mr Rooter.

Alex Myroniuk came to my home for the second time do fix plumbing problems. Both times he has gone out of his way to provide quality care and provide the best care possible. I would suggest hime to anyone

Two other plumbers came before and the problem appears again, he came found the problem right away and fixed it for good. also the washroom finish cleaned as new, very happy with the service.

This gentleman was very helpful. He noticed probiems in the bathroom that I was unaware of and showed my son and I how to fix things. Chris did a excellent job. My kithcen and bathroom sinks are running smoothly again.
