    Replaced most of the windows in home

    We received 4 estimates and Dalmen Pro was just a little cheaper than the others. Our neighbour had recently installed Dalmen Pro windows and were very happy with theirs. So, we selected them. Dealing with Britt and his installers was a great experience. Britt went the extra mile for us. He maintained great communications and the installers worked very quickly. We highly recommend them as we love the windows and the job was very well done! It was a pleasure to do business with them.

    Windows by DalmenPro Ottawa.

    We had windows done by DalmenPro in Ottawa and the installation service was unsatisfactory. Not only were they 5 hours late for the scheduled install time but they left a mess both inside the house and outside. I went on the roof to sweep and clean the window frame. I then aligned 2 pieces over the outside window that were not flush with the window - which was not very aesthetically pleasing. I was told that this was how it was before and they could really do nothing about it. I felt like they didn't care about what they were doing.

    Sorry to hear of your poor experience John. As for the tardiness that day, the installers had an issue with their truck and we do apologize for the inconvenience. The 2 pieces unaligned was your existing drip cap under your siding which we had nothing to do with. We offered to caulk or screw the 2 overlapping drip cap pieces and I sent a crew back within 48 hours to address any concerns. I went by the house to see you and was led to believe that you were satisfied with the final product and you paid your bill in full. We take great pride in our quality and workmanship and wish you would have given us a chance to make you 100% satisfied. Thanks, Britt

    Windows and door job was great

    I had Dalmen Pro install a few windows and a glass door and they did a great job. The crew was skilled, and the project was done with no problems. I'd use these guys again.

    New Windows and Doors in a School

    Chris, Bruno and the guys at DalmenPro were just that - Pros! They provided OUTSTANDING service, we always quick to respond and did MORE than they quoted! Fantastic! Highly recommended

    4 Windows and front door installed

    Just wanted to share my experience with Dalmen Pro. From start to finish they provided top notch service and delivered quality products. I had 3 other companies quote on my project, but in the end chose Dalmen Pro due to the fact that they would take the time to answer all my questions, needs and concerns. We absolutely LOVE our new windows and front door and my wife and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Don

    windows replacement

    We changed our windows on two houses. Very professional experience from start to finish. We were really impressed by the work the installation crew did. I know I picked the right company and will call them for future projects

    Window and door replacement

    In March we began the process of getting estimates on replacing all our windows and two door. Dalmen Pro was the first company and after four more companies we chose Chris from Dalmen. He promised a complete service including factory cutting out a doggie door in one doors, which no other company would provide. The windows were ready when promised and installation began as scheduled. It ended up being a four day job but we could not be happier. Our house was transformed by not only the quality of the windows but by the expertise and craftsmanship of the installers. Rob and Joe told me from the beginning of the job not to worry about a thing, they had it handled and would take good care of us and that they did. If we had a question or concern along the way they addressed it without even a sigh (and we ask a lot of questions). The windows are beautiful and we could not be happier. Dalmen Pro was a great choice.

    Window replacement

    After getting a number of quotes from various window companies (and a couple of reference checks!), we finally decided on Dalmen Pro. The work has now been completed and we are convinced they were the best choice - not just in terms of the quality of service and product, but also in terms of cost. From the first meeting with Chris to the installation itself and the follow-up afterwards, we were extremely pleased with the quality, the clean-up, the candidness and the service. When we needed to follow-up on some aspects of the work, Chris saw to it promptly and in person, cementing our positive impression of him and his team. Many thanks to Chris and his team - you guys did a terrific job and we've already been mentioning you to others.

    Windows and doors

    We had Chris from Dalmen pro come out and gives us a quote in mid November, we loved the product and the information Chris provided us with. What really mad us go ahead with Dalmen pro is the fact that they manufacture there own windows in St-Isidore. We where extremly surprised when Chris offered to give us a tour of there manufacturing facility....wow wow wow these guys are the real deal...my husband is in construction and he was blown away by how state of the art there facility operated. This alone made are choice easy to proceed with them. Originally we where only going to do the front of the house but after we learned that Dalmen pro is a local manufacture and they have been in business for a long time , there was no need to look further. The installation crew operated flawlessly and was extremly accommodating to us. Thank you so much Dalmen Pro for transforming our house into a great home. We will be recommending these guys to all our family and friends with comfidence. Thank you!!!!!!!! Michelle

    Front window

    We had a large crack in our front window. Dalmen replaced the window and the workers did a good job. They were quick and polite. The only negative is that they took a longer time getting us the window since the first one they were bringing us was cracked.
