Reply created 13 Jul 2018We are sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied. Britt has been trying to contact you, however he has not had any luck with a call back. It appears your windows took 10 weeks from time of order, not 16 weeks. We apologize for the 2 week delay, however with GreenON I am sure you can understand that we are working as fast as we can. The installers had your invoice which they normally give to you after the final walk through however no one was present when they finished the work. The office typically sends out all paperwork when that happens, however you had contacted them before they were able to do so. As for the 2 additional windows, they were ordered a couple weeks after the original order therefore a delay is to be expected. Britt would really like to discuss this all with you, if you would like to return his call or send him an email. Thanks, Dalmen Pro
