    New windows

    Dalmens Igor’s replaced the windows in my home without any hiccups. My salesman Britt was knowledgeable and quick to help when needed. His name should have been Brett

    Window Installation

    I recently had windows installed, and from the very beginning Dalmen Pro went above and beyond! Their customer service is excellent and and I would recommend their service to anyone looking for quality customer care, top notch products and professional workmanship!

    Poor communication and service

    I got all my windows changed under Green On. Britt quoted us 6-8 weeks for windows to arrive, but they came 16 weeks later with zero communication about delay. We originally went with them because of timeframe. Installation was fine, they trampled on some stuff that broke (guess it's normal). No communication on how to pay, they sent no invoice, and left no paperwork/warranty. I had to request for everything. Also, 2 additional windows were supposed to be installed and no communication that it wasn't happening.

    We are sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied. Britt has been trying to contact you, however he has not had any luck with a call back. It appears your windows took 10 weeks from time of order, not 16 weeks. We apologize for the 2 week delay, however with GreenON I am sure you can understand that we are working as fast as we can. The installers had your invoice which they normally give to you after the final walk through however no one was present when they finished the work. The office typically sends out all paperwork when that happens, however you had contacted them before they were able to do so. As for the 2 additional windows, they were ordered a couple weeks after the original order therefore a delay is to be expected. Britt would really like to discuss this all with you, if you would like to return his call or send him an email. Thanks, Dalmen Pro

    Windows, patio doors

    I have now used services with Dalmen Pro thanks to Britt, for 7 homes so far and I am always very happy for the excellent service provided. The product is high quality, price is fair and service is top notch! I wouldn't go anywhere else till Britt is with Dalmen Pro.

    Windows

    We had 20 windows replaced in our home and are very satisfied . They suggested window configurations and installation styles to maximize the amount of glass in our windows. The cranks work easily and smoothly. We wanted wood sills rather than vinyl and they saw to it that the wood was knot free. The installation crew were amazing..worked hard, were respectful of our home, cleaned their mess and were done in three days.

    Windows replacement

    They replaced 4 windows, one very large one in the living room, one in a bedroom and 2 basement ones. My old windows were drafty and noisy. They did an awesome job with the installation. Would recommend then to anyone.

    Window replacement

    We received really good customer service with Dalmen Pro. From our initial call, to quotes, to the actual installation process - everything was amazing. Products were really well installed and we have had no issues. We will definitely recommend Dalmen Pro to family and friends. We will for sure be going back in the future!

    Window installation

    Great customer service! Sarah at reception was especially lovely. I would highly reccomend Dalmen Pro to any of my friends or family.

    Window replacement

    The team that installed the windows were professional and did a great job. Clean work and thorough work. The entire process of dealing with Dalmen has been top notch -from the estimate to the final work. Will definitely rehire for our next project.

    Door

    Amazing experiences, I would definitely recommend DALMEN PRO to anyone thinking of replacing windows, doors right down to the hardware. The attention to detail and the finished product exceeded my expectations. Professionalism at its best..
