They arrived on time. Amazing installation and cleaned absolutely everything up. Extremely satisfied with the installers. Great guys!

Final job met expectations. The install itself was a bit stressful since the main installer didn't speak English well and after starting the work told us there would be an increase in cost of $800/window due to a framing issue - this was resolved later to our satisfaction.

We met with Britt early on, knowing we wanted to update our back Patio Door and front Bay Window before winter, and before the end of the Green-On Program. Britt was extremely knowledgeable and did not try to up-sell us any unnecessary features/products. He was quick to update us on the status of our order, and was great to make changes when we needed them. He also proved to be most helpful the day of the install when we had questions on things. There was a bit of confusion on the day of the install - the team was amazing but did show up about 1.5 hrs earlier than we had arranged, and so we were not prepared, but made it work. Bruno and his team did an especially amazing job on our front Bay Window, which was originally installed incorrectly over 20 yrs ago. There was no vapor barrier or proper install of the insulation, as well as no proper cuts to our original brick, so the Bruno had to think on his feet to make the new skirting and window work, which ultimately proved to be a bit more time consuming for them than any of us anticipated. They worked hard through the day and remained extremely professional, ensuring we knew what was going on at all times. Bruno was more than accommodating when we weren't so sure on what the final result would be for the look of the Bay Window, and stayed late to make sure it was all done the same day. They kept our home and exterior safe and clean through the entire process. We would absolutely recommend Dalmen Pro to anyone looking to upgrade their windows and doors - and will definitely be having them back to replace our basement windows next year!

The positive experience with Dalmen Pro started with the sales representative. Chris's presentation of the company and the product was clear and to the point. He provided a quote for the installation of 10 windows that was easy to understand and appropriately priced compared to 5 other companies. The Dalmen Pro installers arrived the first day on time. They introduced themselves and started work immediately. They protected the hardwood floor and the carpet. The installation took 2 days. At the end of each day, they cleaned the area and vacuumed to minimize the amount of dust. This was a positive experience.

Contractor worked all by himself to fulfill our request to have this door installed on a time line. Door was expertly installed and looks great. Thanks for a job well done and that is the second new door we have had installed by Dalmen and the result is always the same.
