We had our living room window replaced with a patio door. This required removing some of the exterior wall. Dalmen Pro was very professional from start to finish. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very impressed with the workmanship of the installers. Pricing was competitive with other companies and timeline was met. We would certainly recommend this company for anyone considering window replacement and will contact them in the future for other planned window replacements. Dalmen pro were did have a quick quite for me and they produce a very beautiful product, sturdy and localy made. I did have a peak also to those beautiful wood door that they're selling...i might get one of those too Thx dalmen

I had 2 installation s done over 2 yrs by Dalmen. Our house is older with numerous challenges. The last job involved a Including other parties working on the house at same time. This resulted in some damage to a new & older window. Dalmen fixed it up for me. I was left with unfinished siding under my front windows after firing previous siding installer. Dalmen came in and finished it for us. I had damage to a basement window during the bay window installation. In hindsight, it was most likely the inept contractor I hired. Again Dalmen changed all the flashing no charge. I had very stressful situation with a nightmare contractor and Dalmen came in and fixed up the mess and installed beautiful new windows. They are a company you can feel comfortable with talking to and working things out. A true measure of a company is how they deal with you when things don't go perfectly. Dalmen is a winner in my books. They work it out with u and they have really nice windows. Thanks Dalmen for getting it all done and fixing up the mess that other contractor left for me. All

I run a large private school. It is complex with various buildings and additions. Four years ago I needed all windows (107) and all doors (6) replaced and updated. It was a big complex job. I got 9 different quotes. I was most impressed with Dalmen. Students and staff are hard on the doors and windows. Four years on they are like new. A student tried forcing a window open with it locked and broke the crank. I called Dalmen and they responded immediately. The next day Tim came and fixed it. He was fast, efficient, polite, tidy. I have been so impressed by Dalmen. From the first experience four years ago with Chris, to today with Tim, every step of the way they have provided a superior product, superior service, immediate response to concerns and issues. Did exactly what they promised, and more and came in on budget and on time. Super impressed. Great leadership from top down, very service focused. Impressive organization. Impressive craftsmanship. We had worked directly with the company who makes their windows and doors, and had some issues. By using Dalmen Pro, their installation sister company, I hoped they would deal with any manufacturer issues for me, and that’s what happened. The door was the wrong color, so they took it back to the factory and returned a few weeks later with the right thing. The install was tricky, but they worked hard to get it done and save the original door to re-use elsewhere. Most importantly the people I dealt with at Dalmen Pro were all polite and professional. I recommend them, but it pays to double check everything.

We are really happy with the door. The guys who installed it were great, very considerate. The workspace was clean when they left. Will recommend this company to others.
