Reply created 1 Mar 2019Hi Alex, We completely understand your frustration with the outcome of your installations, as we too are frustrated. The $200 credit that you have quoted on multiple occasions was as per your request. As your door slab had an obvious defect in it at the time of install we planned to replace the door slab under warranty, however you didn't want to wait the 6 weeks for the replacement to be ready and insisted on a credit. As mentioned before, this is not how we conduct business as we like to rectify the issue from the beginning. However , we agreed to your demands and issued you a credit. Almost a year later, the previous defective slab has more issues - as to be expected with a defective product. And you wanted us to rectify the issue. We agreed to do so with the understanding that you reimburse the credit you received for this exact product. After numerous emails, and your unwillingness for our service team to perform the service within our working hours - this never happened. Was there miscommunication throughout your installation - absolutely, on both sides. We have apologized for delays and simply circumstances that were/are out of our control. We have now tried to rectify this issue through email, through your complaint to the BBB and now through our Homestars page. None of which, we receive a response to. You are undoubtedly frustrated, as are we. As we have tried to rectify this issue for you and you continue to slander our company. If you wish to finally have a resolution, as we have mentioned numerous times - please contact our office directly instead of writing lengthy, slandering reviews. Thank you, Dalmen Pro
