    Dish Washer

    Would highly recommend this company! They were quick to send a technician out to diagnose and had a clear outlined process on how their service and pricing worked. When it came to the actualy service to fix the machine it went seamlessly. Friendly and reliable, couldn’t ask for more.

    Fridge repair

    Our fridge was leaking water. The technician from Fix Appliances arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the necessary parts with him to do the repair and everything was fixed in less than an hour. Both the technician and the office staff were professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

    clothes dryer

    The dryer drum was squeaking, the technician had the part in his vehicle, gave me an estimate and then completed the repair.

    Dishwasher not working. Water was not being pumped up to clean the dishes.

    Technition was very professional and efficient. He went above and beyond to find a part for us in BC. Would recommend and use again without thinking twice. Seamless payment made all the difference. Thank you !!

    Refrigerator

    Technician came in. Looked at it for 5 to 10 minutes told me that nothing he can do unless he changes a temperature dial(switch) so he can test the unit. It would cost $350 plus tax. Well is there something he can do to show me that that would be the problem because all i saw him was on the phone playjng with the switch, on off. Did not even take a multimeter out to check the part or do anything to convince me that his hypothesis makes sense...

    Fridge repair, washing machine repair

    The technician was courteous, professional and knew his stuff. He efficiently diagnosed the problem and quickly gave us a quote and had all the parts needed to complete the repair in the same visit. A very pleasant experience.
