This is the second time we've used Spark Service Pro to repair our gas stove. On both occasions we had the same technician (Ilya) who is fantastic. Ilya was very professional, he diagnosed the issue quickly, provided a quote for the repair on the spot, and completed the work all in under an hour. From the initial phone call to set up an appointment, to having the repair done the following day, Spark Service and Ilya (Technician) exceeded my expectations. I found these guys highly rated through Google as a Bosch authorized repair technician. I reached out as my 2 year old Bosch dishwasher was stopping mid-cycle, flashing red. I was quote $100 for an initial assessment that would then be waived if I proceeded with a repair. When the guy came, I left him alone and when I came back, he said it just needed some cleaning and my bill was $180. I was shocked because I never got a quote but he said they offered 30 day warranty so I paid and let it go. Same day, the issue returned. I tried to make use of the warranty and after multiple steps (resetting the dishwasher, pulling it out from the wall, etc), they then quoted me $889.31 for additional repair (noting it may not fix anything). I was so frustrated, I went back to Bosch because, although out of warranty, it's crazy to spend $1,000+ on fixing a 2yr old dishwasher. That's when Bosch came back to me that this company is not a Bosch authorized repair technician. So any chance at getting a discount on a replacement part now means I have to hire another technician to assess it.Answer from pro:

Had an error code on my dishwasher related to drainage issue. Ilya quickly diagnosed the issue and had it all fixed within 10 minutes. You dont pay for the time someone spends working on an issue, you pay them for the years of experience theyve acquired to fix everything quickly and correctly. Serge came to fix the door on my oven when it would no longer open. He promptly diagnosed the issue as a mechanical issue, and not the electrical issue I was worried about. He ordered the new hinge rquired, as well as 2 new knobs which had been broken for quite some time. After the parts arrived he installed them quickly and now the stove and oven are like new . Throughout he was professional, and courteous and gave me some good advice about the oven's self cleaning function.. He was prompt and efficient, and arrived when he said he would.
